10/08/2026: We came to try the Top Chef menu this evening, and what a wonderful experience!
The food was truly excellent, flavorful, and sophisticated. The staff was incredibly attentive, and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming.
However, I did find the portions rather small considering the price of the menu. While the main objective is to have an experience and discover several dishes, some plates seemed a bit light in size.
This doesn't detract from the quality of the food at all, which was definitely there!
We also had the opportunity to chat with the chef, who took the time to visit each table. In my opinion, this was a real bonus and made the experience even more enjoyable and personal.
A truly wonderful discovery, and we're so glad we made it!

09/08/2026: While the presence of the Top Chef winner was one of the reasons we came this evening, the exceptional quality of the meal must be emphasized: perfect cooking and an outstanding mastery of flavor combinations. For my first experience with fine dining, the result far exceeded my expectations.
I would definitely recommend it if you're visiting Lyon and are interested in this kind of experience.

11/07/2026: Very warm welcome, quick service, generous portions served hot. Pleasant, air-conditioned dining room, clean, I will return
08/07/2026: The service was absolutely lovely; the girls went out of their way to help us. We didn't speak any French, only a little English, and the ladies only spoke a little English as well. The food was absolutely delicious.
One small point of criticism would be that the floor shouldn't be swept while there are still guests and closing time hasn't yet arrived.
We would definitely come back again.

I highly recommend it.
12/04/2026: I ordered caramel pork to take away. The taste is very good, but it's swimming in oil; it's a bit sickening. There's no real sweet sauce.

12/07/2026: Since our usual restaurant was closed, we decided to try this one next door. Unfortunately, the pho didn't really taste like pho; the broth was mostly salty, lacking the depth of flavor we expected. We ordered a small bowl for our first experience, and luckily we did, because we would have regretted ordering the large size. It's a shame; we weren't impressed.
