We came to try the Top Chef menu this evening, and what a wonderful experience! The food was truly excellent, flavorful, and sophisticated. The staff was incredibly attentive, and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. However, I did find the portions rather small considering the price of the menu. While the main objective is to have an experience and discover several dishes, some plates seemed a bit light in size. This doesn't detract from the quality of the food at all, which was definitely there! We also had the opportunity to chat with the chef, who took the time to visit each table. In my opinion, this was a real bonus and made the experience even more enjoyable and personal. A truly wonderful discovery, and we're so glad we made it! Thank you for this lovely evening! :)

While the presence of the Top Chef winner was one of the reasons we came this evening, the exceptional quality of the meal must be emphasized: perfect cooking and an outstanding mastery of flavor combinations. For my first experience with fine dining, the result far exceeded my expectations. I would definitely recommend it if you're visiting Lyon and are interested in this kind of experience.

Lunch today, my daughter and I. We were eagerly anticipating the chance to enjoy Viviana's cooking, which we loved so much on Top Chef. Our expectations were met and exceeded. All the dishes were masterful, but we especially loved the veal, eel, and mashed potatoes... and... the bruschetta—what an inspiration! Moreover, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the sommelier introduced us to a superb wine. In short, a place to return to, both for its cuisine and its warm, Mediterranean ambiance. And... thank you, Viviana, for the lovely memory.

A unique experience! We were welcomed with great attention; the entire staff was smiling and made us feel at ease. We tried the "Top Chef" and "Discovery" menus, and I was thrilled twice, especially with the single-texture bruschetta and the canard. All the meat and fish dishes were excellently prepared. Thank you for giving us a special moment that will always be cherished. Long live the Pisacane family and all the staff!

A wonderful discovery. The food is marvelous. French and Italian dishes. We even met our Top Chef, Viviana. I highly recommend it.

Overall, a very good experience, just a little disappointed by the value for money given the portion sizes. The carrot appetizer, in particular, was really delicious, but the plate was eaten in two or three bites... The tuna with the eggplant was good. I absolutely loved the pre-dessert and the dessert. The basil and pepper ice cream bite coated in chocolate was incredibly refreshing and flavorful; I loved it. The dessert was also surprising, with pear and chocolate mousse that was very good, topped with wasabi powder. The service was perfect, with excellent wine recommendations. The atmosphere was understated without being stuffy.

Everything at Le Boeuf d'Argent was excellent! We had the Top Chef menu with the beef as an extra, which was exquisite, cooked to perfection! Chef Viviana won us over with her menu; it's one thing to see it on TV, but to try it in person is pure pleasure. Usually in restaurants with multiple courses, there's always one or two that disappoint, but at Le Boeuf d'Argent, all the dishes blended together perfectly! Each dish brought a unique flavor that transported us elsewhere. The tuna was incredibly tender, as was the veal, which was cooked to perfection! The service was impeccable; we felt right at home thanks to Arianna and Alban, who made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. We highly recommend you go and try their wonderful dishes in a friendly, family atmosphere. When we return to Lyon, this will be the first restaurant we visit! Thank you for the experience!

Passing through Lyon, a stop at Le Bœuf d’Argent was a must. The dishes prepared by the Top Chef winner do not disappoint! The vegetarian menu is excellent. The chef is true to the person we saw on the show: sincere and cheerful. Restaurant: welcoming and air-conditioned! Cuisine: refined and flavorful. Excellent value for money. Wines: the wine selection was perfectly paired with the dishes. I loved being able to order 3, 4, or 5 glasses, and even with just 3, I had a delicious wine with dessert! Service: the sister and brother-in-law in the dining room, both very pleasant and smiling. In conclusion, whether you're a fan of the TV series or not, this restaurant is worth a visit! For its atmosphere and its value.

A truly timeless experience in this restaurant with its typical Lyonnais charm, nestled in a vaulted cellar. Everything was perfect: the welcome, the service, the thoughtful touches without being overdone. And Chef Viviana even came to chat with us at the table after our meal. A huge thank you! My first "gastronomic" restaurant experience, and I loved it.
