We loved the entire Bœuf d’Argent experience: a beautiful fusion of French and Italian gastronomy. The food and wine pairing was perfectly executed. A truly wonderful discovery in the heart of Lyon, with an experience that definitely deserves to be highlighted. I had the opportunity to try the "Journey to Italy" menu, and it was a complete success. The cuisine offers a genuine progression of flavors, conceived with coherence from beginning to end. Each course flows seamlessly, without a single false note, and with evident technical mastery. Special mention goes to the seared tuna with its soy reduction: a particularly striking dish, delicate and intensely flavorful. The meal is punctuated with delightful surprises, notably a pre-dessert that is as original as it is successful: a chocolate lollipop paired with a basil-pepper sorbet, which adds a very welcome touch of freshness and boldness. Finally, the service deserves praise: the welcome is warm, professional, and attentive, contributing fully to the quality of the experience. A truly familial, sincere, and convivial atmosphere is felt, adding even more charm to the experience. In short, an establishment that combines creativity, precision, and attention to detail. A truly accomplished gastronomic experience that I recommend without hesitation.
