Outstanding fine dining restaurant in Old Lyon. The service was absolutely superb with a modern atmosphere. The chef came and spoke with us herself, a heartwarming family business with 3 siblings (2 chefs, 1 front of house).
We ordered the 5-course tasting menu of Italy and 4-course tasting menu with wine pairings. Each dish was beautifully plated, perfectly balanced, and deliciously seasoned. They also spoke English, which made us feel even more comfortable as American travelers. Highly recommend!

Last night, my wife and I had dinner at Le Boeuf d'Argent restaurant in Lyon. The welcome, the food, and the atmosphere were all excellent. The wine pairing was superb. Thank you for a lovely evening, and see you soon!

A good restaurant in this old neighborhood.
The chef, with her warm and energetic personality, came to see us at the end of service, which is always a nice touch… and emphasized the family atmosphere of the establishment.
The food and wine were good value for money, however, the decor remains cold and impersonal.
The waiter, although professional, is a bit shy; his attire and manner of speaking are outdated, and he lacks character… I hope he loosens up and brings some lightness to the meal.
