A lovely evening for two at Le Boeuf d'Argent, where we chose the Émotion and vegetarian menus. The ingredients were high quality, the meat was excellent, the service attentive and helpful, and the wine list very well-stocked. However, we found the offerings a bit underwhelming considering the price. The vegetarian menu, priced almost the same as the regular menu, consisted solely of radish, with no other plant-based protein. At a time when we're increasingly talking about rebalancing our diets with more plant-based protein, this is a shame, and it makes the price difficult to justify. A welcoming restaurant with excellent service, but the vegetarian options could be more refined and generous.

A warm atmosphere that invites you to discover a cuisine full of flavor

Modern cuisine, very cool, but the portions were very small. The service was rather distant. Language skills were limited. We didn't feel entirely comfortable. A lot has changed since our enthusiastic visit in 2022. Therefore, no longer 5 stars.

Passion, a rare family adventure, magnificent dishes, incredible flavors. Incredible kindness. One of our most beautiful culinary experiences, because it's about what's on the plate, but also about the people. Congratulations to the four of you! A must-try.

An unforgettable experience! The welcome was incredibly warm and the food divine. Thank you for the cozy atmosphere and the truly gastronomic feast. Special mention for the celeriac—the best we've ever eaten—although the lamb was equally remarkable. The wine pairings were perfect. As for Viviana, she's just as genuine and radiant as she is on screen. A must-visit restaurant that we'll definitely return to on our next trip to the region!

Disappointed... Very disappointed... After that television fame, this restaurant should have been a given... Unfortunately, nothing on the plate made you say "wow," small portions, an endive leaf with a few odds and ends, all to accompany the trout. A very light starter. Only the dessert was worthwhile. €70 for a starter, main course, and dessert is a bit much! The wines are quite decent, though still priced at €12. A glass of champagne at €23 is as expensive as on the port of Saint-Tropez. Conclusion: You don't have any Michelin or Gault & Millau awards, so don't overdo it.

The restaurant has a very attractive menu. The flavors were pronounced, with well-balanced portions. The lollipop was a real surprise in terms of taste!
