21/02/2026: We came with a group of 13 people, and the staff were very friendly and helpful to those in our group! The meal was very good and very generous! Thank you to the waitress and waitress for their kindness and friendliness; we will be back!

Here is the email I received today following an inquiry. It doesn't clearly state whether the closure is permanent or not.
"Dear Sir/Madam,
We regret to inform you that the Cosmos Hotel will not reopen for the 2026 season.

03/11/2025: We came as a couple for the weekend of November 1st, thanks to a Smartbox "wellness" gift voucher.
The hotel's common areas are very pretty and perfectly maintained; you can feel the charm of a well-preserved historical building. However, the room left much to be desired: the carpet was dirty and stained, as were the armchairs, the broken roller shutter wouldn't close, and there was mold on the bathroom ceiling.
The bed was comfortable, though.
As for the spa area, it was unfortunately very disappointing. The hammam (made of plastic) didn't produce steam or the scent of essential oils, and the sauna and heated outdoor pool (23°C in November) were the only facilities available, giving the impression of a somewhat neglected space, especially when you have to walk through completely empty, hospital-like rooms to get to the sauna... It's a shame, because the hotel clearly has the potential and space to offer a more comprehensive wellness center.
Fortunately, the reception and restaurant staff are very pleasant and smiling, and the restaurant is a delightful surprise: the food is delicious and the service impeccable. Breakfast is also very comprehensive.

Everything was perfect.
The staff were friendly, welcoming, and attentive.
05/02/2026: You order Shedhard bacon fries and there are only four tiny pieces of bacon! And don't tell me it's the portion size because other McDonald's have more. Shameful for the price! 😡😡😡😡

01/08/2024: Service à la hauteur de la cuisine et de la propreté des lieux : immonde ! Petit pains industriels congelés, tartare de bœuf au goût douteux et à la fraîcheur inquiétante. Nos 2 assiettes sont retournées avec juste 1/2 feuille de salade et 10 frites mangées.
Honteux pour 19 euros !

17/08/2024: Quand le chat n’est pas là les souris danse. C’est exactement le proverbe adapté à cette malheureuse soirée. Arrivée à 9h30 pour prendre un verre, une attente de 20 minutes avant d’être obligé d’interpeller le personnel qui faisait semblant de ne pas nous voir. En tout et pour tout une douzaine de clients max. Les tables étaient repliées à grande vitesse y compris autour des clients assis. Notre guéridon pas nettoyé, un fauteuil sale de fientes pigeons, et des doses d’alcool dignes d’un régime thermal. Mais il en faudrait beaucoup plus pour déstabiliser cette équipe préoccupée à comment « accompagner « le client vers la sortie bien avant la fermeture prévue jusqu’à 2h du matin. C’est une dinguerie ! On adore. Un petit conseil du jour : un retour à l’école hôtelière de temps à autre ne ferait pas de mal.

Trop occupé à ranger les tables de peur que d autres Clients n arrivent ??
Avons du interpeller une serveuse qui nous a déposé la carte pas très aimablement …
La table où nous étions assis n a meme pas été nettoyée …
Le personnel est restait imperturbable…dommage pour cet établissement
