21/09/2024: Wow, I just tasted the profiteroles and the Mirabelle couple at La Passerelle, this family restaurant in La Bresse in the Vosges. It was crazy good!
Profiteroles, how can I put it... the dough is crispy on the outside but super soft on the inside. They're filled with creamy cream, and there's a layer of chocolate on top with just the right amount of sweetness. Every bite makes you want more!
And then the Mirabelle plum pairing, oh my... The Mirabelle plums are fresh, a perfect mix of sweet and sour. It goes really well with the soft cake. The presentation is also super pretty, like a work of art on the plate.
In short, the two desserts make the taste buds dance! The chef at La Passerelle is really talented. I have to go back one of these four, I want to try the other dishes. I seriously recommend it for those passing through the Vosges!

28/11/2024: Very comforting meal taken in this restaurant during a family hike in the first cold of winter. Very beautiful view of the region and special mention for the blueberry pie. We will definitely come back. Thank you to the whole team for the welcome despite the enormous attendance at the place during our visit.

25/01/2025: Very good welcome and service. I recommend the very refined and fruity Paul Romain champagne. Excellent meats with perfect cooking. And balanced accompaniments with a good marriage of flavors. The plus of this restaurant: the children's menu offers the same dishes as on the menu but in a half-portion version! A great idea that made people happy.

12/09/2024: Very good restaurant, the owner very friendly and dedicated to customers. Very decent breakfast overall.
The room is spacious, well furnished and clean.
The location of this hotel restaurant is quiet and 5 minutes from the center of Bresse.
We will not hesitate to come back!!!

The calm allows for a very beautiful night.
The room is clean and functional.
We had a great welcome from the owner.
The breakfast is great and enough to start a great day of hiking.
The setting with Lake Lispach not far away is idyllic.

18/05/2024: We came 2 years ago and had dinner at the restaurant, warm, generous and delicious. Perfect mention for cheese specialties!
We were accommodated in one of the rooms above the restaurant, stylish, cozy and tastefully decorated.
First, we were surprised by the price increase (€65 2 years ago, €95 today)
With inflation and the installation of a SPA in the meantime, we weren't really shocked...
But this time we were accommodated in the "annex", an adjoining building.
A disaster! Small, old-fashioned, cold, curtains and bathroom from another time, damaged and scratched wooden bed.
We were as disappointed this time as we were delighted the time before.
The price is, therefore, and for the rooms in the annex, not justified.

The hole in the partition near the toilets has still not been filled since this winter!
16/08/2024: Reception: A plus for the very welcoming and pleasant staff.
Catering / products: However, regarding catering what can I say, everything seems frozen but above all industrial, including, I think of the taste, the blueberry pie! What a shame we are in the Vosges...
The portions are generous.
Choice: This day very little choice for accompaniments: fries.... a Caesar salad, or "frozen" spinach tortellini in my opinion (very little taste therefore).
Setting / Location: at the foot of the slopes, this self-catering accommodation benefits from a beautiful location.
Accessibility: Very accessible.
Price: The prices are clearly displayed, too high considering the quality of the product.
Note, however, a 10 percent reduction for residents of the Labellemontagne apartments.

More than an hour of waiting between the starter and the main course. Correct meal without more and salty addition. This is not a place I will return to
08/08/2024: In terms of appearance, it was the only good restaurant in La Bresse. But I wouldn't go there again. I ordered two of the same dishes and they came on one plate. After eating I was hungrier than before. I had to pay extra for rice, which I've never experienced before. Given the conditions Accordingly, the starter was a salad. 0.25 beer 5 euros. At the end I paid 60 euros with a 3 euro tip. I always give it. All in all, 3 points out of 10.

Yes, yes, we did stay in your hotel and I hope that people who look at the reviews will read the many negative reviews. Air out the rooms, remove the cobwebs, vacuum the floor and maybe the notes will come back up.
31/08/2024: In summary, TO RUN AWAY! What we just did! Room made in the attic of the owners' home with of course the smell that goes with it! No less than 15 more than delicious rugs and, most importantly, a sink in what they dare to call a living room! At 130 euros per night with half board (also with half a meal because it's too little) it's a SHAME!

31/08/2024: Inquietant ne semble pas connaître les règles élémentaires de l’hygiène en restauration !!? Moutarde périmée (couleur douteuse) mais après l’avoir fait remarquer, la serveuse trouve cela normale puisque le tube est complété régulièrement !!!
Un signalement à la commission d’hygiène s’impose et une formation aux règles d’hygiènes obligatoire.

11/11/2024: Deux ans sans venir et toujours aussi ,n en deplaissent aux grincheux de toutes sortes. Et oui ils refusent du monde, et oui ils faut être à l heure mais avec une seule personne au service comment faire autrement. Les plats sont toujours aussi bons frais et le sorbet au fromage blanc est toujours aussi bon
28/10/2024: Nous avons été parfaitement accueillis. Le service a été parfait, et je suid sensible au fait que nous avons eu le temps de boire notre apéritif avant que les plats nous soient servi. Nous avons eu droits à des produits locaux et maison d'une haute qualité. Dernier point, il vaut mieux réserver.
