19/01/2026: Staying at the hotel, we decided to have dinner at the restaurant. We were delighted with our choice as we had a wonderful evening. A big thank you to Anthony, our waiter for the evening, who was very pleasant and always smiling. The food was delicious and a nice change from what we usually eat. The atmosphere was calm and pleasant. We highly recommend it!

21/09/2024: Wow, I just tasted the profiteroles and the Mirabelle couple at La Passerelle, this family restaurant in La Bresse in the Vosges. It was crazy good!
Profiteroles, how can I put it... the dough is crispy on the outside but super soft on the inside. They're filled with creamy cream, and there's a layer of chocolate on top with just the right amount of sweetness. Every bite makes you want more!
And then the Mirabelle plum pairing, oh my... The Mirabelle plums are fresh, a perfect mix of sweet and sour. It goes really well with the soft cake. The presentation is also super pretty, like a work of art on the plate.
In short, the two desserts make the taste buds dance! The chef at La Passerelle is really talented. I have to go back one of these four, I want to try the other dishes. I seriously recommend it for those passing through the Vosges!

13/01/2026: We went there on the evening of December 31st for dinner, and it was a perfect evening. The food was excellent, the service friendly and very welcoming. Virginie was very attentive. I highly recommend it!
04/01/2026: A fantastic three-day stay at this hotel with my family. We received a wonderful welcome upon arrival, and the restaurant offered excellent value for money! A special mention to the lady who was there; she was very kind and attentive! We will definitely be back!

29/12/2023: Place de parking bien.... décoration du restaurant très belle .... côté service parfait et côté nourriture je suis réservé c'est plus comme autrefois .... Le petit bémol pour trouver les WC manque une plaque sur la porte

18/09/2024: I had the chance to eat at Couchetat with my partner and my in-laws. The meal was delicious and above all the menu offered an elaborate vegetarian menu, which was very appreciable. I can only recommend it to you!
31/08/2024: Superb place. a very nice discovery. once again there is a lack of staff in the kitchen like many others but this is not felt. we had a very good time. the cuisine and the service are perfect. good luck and don't change anything. Jérôme and Sylvia.

31/08/2024: Inquietant ne semble pas connaître les règles élémentaires de l’hygiène en restauration !!? Moutarde périmée (couleur douteuse) mais après l’avoir fait remarquer, la serveuse trouve cela normale puisque le tube est complété régulièrement !!!
Un signalement à la commission d’hygiène s’impose et une formation aux règles d’hygiènes obligatoire.

23/05/2024: Deuxième expérience après avoir déjà testé l'adresse l'automne dernier ! Cette deuxième visite a autant été réussie que la première : le service, la qualité des plats, l'environnement, tout était formidable ! La cuisine reste locale, familiale, généreuse (pas diététique ;) ) mais tellement savoureuse ! On y retrouve les incontournables de la cuisine vosgienne, la tofaille, la tarte aux myrtilles, entre autres. Nous nous sommes régalés et avons pu goûter à nouveau aux bières brassées sur place. Nous avons même pu acheter de la bière pour offrir. Certes, l'accès n'est pas des plus aisés mais la visite en vaut tellement la peine ! Nous reviendrons, c'est certain !

11/11/2024: Deux ans sans venir et toujours aussi ,n en deplaissent aux grincheux de toutes sortes. Et oui ils refusent du monde, et oui ils faut être à l heure mais avec une seule personne au service comment faire autrement. Les plats sont toujours aussi bons frais et le sorbet au fromage blanc est toujours aussi bon
28/10/2024: Nous avons été parfaitement accueillis. Le service a été parfait, et je suid sensible au fait que nous avons eu le temps de boire notre apéritif avant que les plats nous soient servi. Nous avons eu droits à des produits locaux et maison d'une haute qualité. Dernier point, il vaut mieux réserver.

Yes, yes, we did stay in your hotel and I hope that people who look at the reviews will read the many negative reviews. Air out the rooms, remove the cobwebs, vacuum the floor and maybe the notes will come back up.
31/08/2024: In summary, TO RUN AWAY! What we just did! Room made in the attic of the owners' home with of course the smell that goes with it! No less than 15 more than delicious rugs and, most importantly, a sink in what they dare to call a living room! At 130 euros per night with half board (also with half a meal because it's too little) it's a SHAME!
