Perfect flavor combinations, expertly cooked dishes, plates as beautiful as they are delicious: a real treat for the taste buds. 21/08/2026: Everything was going well when, all of a sudden, after enjoying the appetizer, the main course arrived. It was the final straw. Indeed, the dish was mischievous; the mountain of salt had managed to hide itself in the tabbouleh and lentil fritters. I won't spoil the suspense, but I couldn't finish this dish, which left my mouth feeling dry for the next three decades.

08/06/2026: A very warm welcome. Guests are received with pleasure. The room was comfortable and very clean. And the restaurant! What a wonderful discovery! Each dish is a feast for the eyes and the palate. A great deal of thought has gone into the flavors, and everything is delicious. The establishment's decor is very refined; the subtle touches reminiscent of South America and the overall design create a relaxing and very pleasant atmosphere. Add to that the choice of tableware, cutlery... everything is perfect! We had an excellent stay! Thank you for your welcome, your smiles, and the professionalism of everyone. Congratulations!

The only downside was that we'd eaten a bit too much to go ziplining afterwards, but the cable held up perfectly! Thank you for a lovely time; we'll gladly return.

16/09/2026: Passing through Bresse, we stopped for lunch and what a surprise it was! The best restaurant in the Vosges! The cuisine is refined and beautifully presented, the welcome is friendly and the owners are charming. We will gladly return. 04/10/2026: The establishment is beautiful, however, the quality of the service is not worth the price paid. The cuisine is not fine dining, but rather semi-fine dining. The service, despite the attractive presentation, needs improvement. The sommelier removed the wine bucket from the table and stopped serving; this was unacceptable. The service was incredibly slow and completely fell short of customer expectations in this type of establishment that claims to be fine dining. The sommelier's wine selection suggestion was rather cavalier. He offered a different wine than the one chosen by the customer due to a lack of freshness. I will never return. A major disappointment.

09/09/2026: It wasn't planned at all! But this inn happened to be on our route. It was after 2:30 pm, and we hadn't yet had lunch, when Le Paquis gave us a warm welcome and a delicious meal. It was so generous that unfortunately we couldn't make it to dessert, which was undoubtedly worth trying. A wonderful discovery! ♥️ Thank you!

02/09/2026: Appalling service. Passing through with my brothers, we simply asked politely to use the restroom due to an urgent need. The two waitresses stared at us with obvious contempt before refusing us access, claiming it was "reserved for customers." It's one thing for an establishment to enforce this rule, but the staff's lack of respect and rudeness is quite another. A sense of hospitality and basic courtesy are completely absent here. Avoid at all costs.

07/09/2026: Hats off to the FIRSTMISS Farm Inn located on the Route des Crêtes! Upon arrival, we were informed that the payment terminal was out of order and that payments could not be made by credit card! Having no other means of payment, the owner offered to serve the meals and allow customers to pay later by bank transfer, or to return later, which demonstrates the trust this establishment places in its clientele, something that deserves to be highlighted! As for the quality of the meals served (traditional Moroccan fare, of course), there's nothing to say except that they are always excellent, as is the service. Now I hope that other customers will respect the trust that the owner of FIRSTMISS has placed in them. A must-try!

05/09/2026: Arrive early and reserve a table inside as it filled up incredibly quickly. We got a spot on the terrace; it was self-service, the prices were good, the portions were generous, and the food was delicious.

07/10/2026: We ate here on Sunday evening. A real French restaurant, also for non-hotel guests. In early October, it was still quite full on such a Sunday evening. Reservations therefore seem advisable. Unfortunately, the lighting is a bit dull/bright. Friendly and efficient service. The duck foie gras and lamb rump steak, accompanied by a glass of wine, were of a pretty good standard, certainly for a hotel kitchen. Just a little too little sauce with the meat. Reasonable price level.

04/10/2026: Unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience, especially considering the price. From the moment we ordered, the service seemed rather odd and unprofessional. We ordered a starter, main course, and dessert: the starter and main course arrived at the same time… We also ordered a children's menu for €20. The steak was clearly frozen, extremely well-cooked, very flat, and tasteless. For a children's menu at that price, one can legitimately expect better. We also ordered a lamb rump steak. The meat itself was quite decent, but the side dishes were much less impressive. Another telling detail: we were told that gluten-free bread was available. At dinner, nothing was offered or served. Yet, to our surprise, the next morning gluten-free bread was available at breakfast. It's therefore difficult to understand why it wasn't available at the restaurant the day before. The service was similar: we ordered two bottles of water, but only one was served. We had to ask a second time for the missing bottle. When it finally arrived, it was simply placed on the table, still sealed, without even being opened. But the most disappointing aspect was the reaction when we told the waitress at the end of the meal that our experience hadn't been satisfactory: no real response, no particular reaction, nothing. We truly felt that our comment was completely ignored. The bill came to around €35 ​​per person on average, even though we were accompanied by three children. At this price point, we expected significantly higher quality food and, above all, a much higher level of service. We learned that there had been a change of ownership. We obviously can't judge the strategy they've chosen, but our experience unfortunately leaves us with a rather simple impression: prices seem to have gone up, but the quality and service clearly haven't kept pace. Between the haphazard organization, mediocre food, forgotten requests, and especially the lack of response when we expressed our disappointment, the experience was truly disappointing. We won't be back.
