auberge Lorraine
Le Valtin
31/08/2026: What a beautiful and authentic inn in the valley, right in the middle of a small village nestled between the high mountains of the Vosges. We had lunch there. The food is prepared with care and love.
Cozy decor. A gem to remember.
23/08/2026: The location is lovely, with a great view, but the service and presentation of the dishes were deplorable and didn't reflect the price. Between the noise from outside while eating on the terrace and the way my beef was cooked, I don't see the point of eating here other than for the view.

Brasserie de la Schlucht
Le Valtin
30/08/2026: I loved it! We went today, and the welcome was perfect and friendly. We ate incredibly well: a Munster burger, tartiflette, a Munster tart, and a Munster flambée—everything was excellent. The welcome was wonderful and warm, just like being at home. A big thank you to the waitress for her kindness, attentiveness, and for the little notes on the takeaway boxes for the tarts, which were excellent, by the way.
I recommend this restaurant 100%! Thank you, and I'm already looking forward to my next visit! 😊
29/08/2026: Very good place. Decent welcome.
