I saw some negative reviews for the service, the manager, and the dishes. I had a good laugh with the waitresses, especially the one who is short blonde with an ear piercing and the brunette with a ponytail and very funny glasses, we feel that 'there is a great bond between them ☺️ best burgers 🍔 and the manager gets attached quickly 🥰

While passing through the Vosges we ate at the brasserie de la schlucht, the setting is pleasant, the service efficient and the plates are well filled and of quality to make if you are passing through the area.

Very nice home Very good and hearty meal New Year's week with family and friends, there were 6 of us at the table 😉👍 For a snack at the beginning of March waffle, coffee and Liège chocolate and of course the good blueberry tart it was excellent with 2 great children 🤗🤩🤩 Thank you 🙏🙏

25/03/2024: We remain mixed on the catering 10 people: unanimous on the various starters: barely edible (A vinaigrette that has suffered a shift in the quantity of salt 😟) 2 types of meat chosen, the perfect veal and controlled cooking Beef, overcooked on all plates Desserts: more than mediocre (cold crème brûlée, very soft profiteroles, tiny scoops of ice cream) and for the most part with an extra €4 on the menu price In short, we were expecting something else...
24/02/2024: 1st visit to this beautiful establishment Establishment with magnificent decoration, cooking over a wood fire adds all its charm. Excellent food at a reasonable price. Establishment to visit without worries. Tip Top Thank you so much
