However, be warned: asking about fries is clearly considered sacrilege. The owner, self-proclaimed guardian of good taste, will put you in your place, complete with a grimace of disgust.
19/10/2025: Excellent restaurant: refined cuisine, high-quality ingredients. Philippe is also an excellent sauce maker.
Florence takes great care of the guests and manages the dining room with great efficiency.
Quality wines.
The tartes flambées on Friday night are to die for!
