23/11/2024: Catastrophic!
This KFC had a rather good reputation before, having been there for almost 10 years...
The chicken wings were overcooked, the oil is obviously not changed regularly and 4 were missing from the seal (I should point out that this is the 3rd time in a row that items are missing from my order ).
The employees are not very smiling and serve you with disdain, plus they seem more like they are having fun with each other than serving the waiting customers, I wonder what their manager is for...
In short, it's the only fast food that I like but the quality has dropped enormously over time, at least for the one in Poissy, I won't come back there again and in my entourage there are for whom this is already the case...
14/11/2024: I hadn't set foot there in 3 years. All the staff has changed: the people at the counter have excellent presentation, are professional and pleasant with customers. I was loaded and they even offered to help me carry my tray! I was served very quickly and my sandwich was delicious., 👍👍👍👍

08/07/2025: But the opening hours are not always respected. Overall, it's not very clean.
07/07/2025: I went to this McDonald's on 01/07 and at the time I said to myself: there's a hidden camera running: 40-minute wait at the drive-thru because there was no interaction with the staff despite a driver losing his temper! So I decided to go inside because I thought the device wasn't working but all the terminals were closed with an apology message, it was 10 p.m.! I wanted to order at the counter but the staff was too busy getting confused but "with all due respect, a sketch!!!! I went through the app for my order! Luckily, someone who had left their shift had a little compassion and validated my order! Waiting again, another insulting sketch between the manager and a member of staff but still with all due respect! This McDonald's is a joke! If you're bored one evening and want to watch the filming of the show "So True" there's no need to go to the set, the McDonald's in Carrières-sous-Poissy is there 🤣
My order was complete and made with all due respect 🤣
Location and cleanliness are ghetto I've put some photos but to see the damage you have to zoom in because I wanted to be discreet and my camera couldn't stand the unsanitary conditions 😊

Home fries good but great thanks...
Tried a second time to see, my opinion is still the same.
05/06/2024: Delicious burgers! Homemade and with good, fresh ingredients. The fries are good and in good quantity. I go back there regularly
