07/05/2026: Disrespectful to customers, incomplete orders, and when you call, they put you on hold and hang up. I explained that I'm allergic to vanilla and that I was delivered something else, but they refused to apologize and spoke arrogantly. Desserts are delivered incomplete with missing items, which suggests a lack of professionalism in order taking. Very disappointing. Respect people's money. New team needs to be reviewed.
