07/03/2026: We've been regulars at Bosphore for a few years now. The service is a real highlight (the little kir was a nice touch, thank you boss!). There was a bit of a transition after Dylan left a few months ago. The return of homemade fries was a welcome surprise. I understand it's not always easy to make them, but it's a really nice bonus 👌

17/02/2026: The fries used to be homemade, or at least they looked like it. This lunchtime, I was served fries in a pretty blue bag (probably from Metro). I suppose that's fine, and many places do it that way... but not at €11!!! I won't be going back.

14/02/2026: Superb restaurant. Excellent Valentine's Day meal. Always a very pleasant atmosphere. I highly recommend it.

12/02/2026: The place is cute and the food is good. The atmosphere and service, however, are rather selective and slow to arrive. The order-taking process was off-putting and far from welcoming. The comments were more than a little inappropriate in tone. We arrived almost first, yet waited an hour for our main course. I can understand a lack of staff in the kitchen, but not the lack of tact in the service. Remaining silent and with a meaningful look, the service softened later on… however, I didn't have a good time. Perhaps it was just not that person's day; in any case, other customers were fortunate enough to receive immediate attention. It's fortunate that one young man remained even-tempered and pleasant. I feel I can make this comment as I am in the same line of work. My aunts were pleasant and had a good sense of humor, so the fact that someone else treated them so rudely displeased me greatly. Many customers deserve to be treated as such. But even those who are unpleasant should be treated with at least 90% professionalism, not 50%, and even more so when the customers themselves are pleasant and smiling.

08/02/2026: The restaurant is very flashy, but the flavors and tastes are disappointing. We ordered octopus, and it was bland and very rubbery. Unfortunately, it's too expensive for the quality of the food.

08/02/2026: Excellent restaurant, high-quality and original cuisine. Quick but not rushed service! Perfect! Calm and relaxing atmosphere; we had a very pleasant time! Highly recommended!

01/02/2026: A real gem! You step into a timeless 16th-century setting where a cozy atmosphere envelops you! The warmth of the place, the delicious dishes made with quality ingredients, and the in-house pastry chef's (addictive) desserts! We discovered this restaurant/café after recently moving to the area and absolutely loved it! The owner and staff are lovely and welcoming, and I was even able to get a doggy bag for my daughter who hadn't finished her meal. In short, a fantastic place!

25/01/2026: One of the best restaurants in town. The atmosphere is great and the food is excellent. I'm never disappointed.

23/02/2026: I've had the opportunity a few times to go for a morning coffee and buy a pack of cigarettes at this establishment, and I must say the staff are responsive and friendly towards customers. It's a clean and charming bar/tobacconist next to the Houdan hospital.
