12/12/2025: So yesterday, my grandchildren and I ordered set menus, and then the children wanted ice cream and cake. We did get the ice cream, but only two cakes instead of four. The order wasn't listened to carefully; the young staff gave me the impression they didn't care about the customers. They should have tried talking to us. I went back to order the other cakes, and they pointed me to a board I didn't know how to use. I had easily placed my order at the till, but my children were getting restless. In short, the atmosphere was unpleasant, with no smiles or attention. I won't be going back, that's for sure. We live right next door in Le Chesnay and come often for the children, but the service was mediocre. What a shame!

12/12/2025: Hello, please review your team. One manager was a bit too complacent; according to her, a customer isn't allowed to make a mistake on their order, especially since the error was reported well before the sandwich was even prepared—just three seconds after payment! This same manager then discussed the matter for ages with her colleagues, even debating it. It's no wonder the wait was interminable when the person who's supposed to be managing their team is going on about such a ridiculous and truly appalling issue! Let's not forget that McDonald's is a service company, where customer courtesy is essential! And to top it all off, since it was a takeout order and I think I was too busy chatting, they forgot the dessert from the takeout meal.

10/12/2025: Thank you to Jeanne, who is just lovely, so cheerful and efficient! I'm a regular customer and it's so nice to have staff who take such good care of their loyal clients!

09/12/2025: I love spending my free time there; the drinks are great, and the pancakes are too 😃 My favorite drink is Cool Lime! I highly recommend this place

29/05/2025: I don't usually post negative comments, but I had to! We're at Parly2 today and wanted to order a slice of plain flan with golden brioche from the top of Parly2. There was a single slice of coconut flan, and next to it was a whole new plain flan. So naturally, I asked for a slice of plain flan, which was refused because, and I quote, "we're not going to cut it when there are other desserts." So, I'm truly outraged by this kind of attitude, being in the business myself!!!!!! People are becoming more and more incredible!!! Of course, we didn't eat anything; it was the last time we came here!

10/12/2025: There was a time when it was so filling you could barely finish your sandwich. Now, the tuna one is more like mayo/tuna than tuna/mayo. Smaller bread, less filling—I'm switching to another place.

04/12/2025: The croissant was cold, but that's forgivable compared to their shameful hot chocolate (be warned, you have to wait 20 minutes for it to cool down, otherwise you'll burn yourself). It was incredibly sweet. I asked if it was possible to add milk, and they did so reluctantly, as if I were asking a huge favor. Plus, the waitress didn't even stir it. In the end, I had thick hot chocolate at the bottom of the cup and milk in the other half. I didn't notice right away. It was only after drinking the milk, thinking it had been stirred, that I saw this diabetic-looking mass of hot chocolate. PS: Okay, I understand that eating in is a bit more expensive, but if only they cleaned the tables, it would be justified, wouldn't it?
