I eat here at least three times a week and I've never been disappointed. An all-you-can-eat buffet at this price is rare these days. I really recommend you try it.

17/06/2026: I was worried when I walked into the restaurant because I was the only customer, and I remained so until the end of my meal. But that worry gave way to bewilderment. Why such a lack of customers in an establishment that offers such high-quality food, making you forget the standardized fare of other restaurants serving the same cuisine? 06/08/2026: Update: Reply to the restaurant's response below the initial review I hesitate to leave even 3 stars - the morning service deserves 5 stars and the afternoon (after 3 pm), 0, or less if it was possible. Bruce, who works in the morning, is exceptional. Professional as can be and friendly - if you're a regular, you're greeted with your standard order before you can even ask. I couldn't imagine a better way to start the day. However - after 3 pm, the service changes as the cafe turns into a pub where you have to order at the counter and bring your own drink to your table. I recently met with a friend who was unfamiliar with the practice and when she asked if she could go find a table, was told yes. Rather than explaining that she'd need to wait for her cafe, he prepared it (sloppily, with coffee spilled all over the saucer) and left it on the counter. When I went to retrieve the now cold cafe and order for myself, I questioned him about why he didn't let her know, and the server wound up screaming at me, shocking other customers, telling me it was obvious and that everything was explained on a sign nearby, which says "service au bar". My friend, whose native language is Spanish, had misunderstood, and having spoken with French customers since, I've learned it's not too clear for them, as they also thought that you ordered at the bar and were served at your table. The system isn't clear and as my friend's experience indicates, even if you ask politely, you're not given an explanation, then blamed for not understanding it. Conclusion: if you're looking for a welcoming spot to have an excellently prepared cafe, this is the go-to place. Before 3 pm. After 3 pm, avoid at all costs - you'll get unprofessional, unfriendly service from a barman who thinks he's god's gift to humanity and won't hesitate to scream at clients. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- Concerning the restaurant's response: I believe there must be problems with the automatic translation into French from whatever language the response was originally written in, as the message is hard to understand and comes loaded with grammatical errors. Nevertheless, if I understood correctly, I can clarify some details - as I explained the day of the incident, my friend (who is not blond) has been there 2-3 times in the afternoon but was unfamiliar with the order of operations. And, as stated in my review, I have spoken with a French friend who has been there far more often and, despite that, was also unfamiliar with the operations, thinking that "service au bar" meant order at the bar, and you'd be served at the table. The fact is my friend specifically asked if she could go sit down and was told yes. Not yes, but wait/come back for your drink - a simple statement that would easily clarify the order of operations and was simple enough to say to ensure the process worked as they wished. Neither my friend nor I am unfamiliar with the restaurant industry having both previously worked as waitresses. Speaking to clients in such a manner would have gotten us fired. It's simply unacceptable, as other clients present visibly agreed. Furthermore, I never said I had a problem with the process - I rightly have a problem with the way we were treated, the presentation of the cafe, the fact that the server couldn't just step outside to explain when he noticed she wasn't coming back or clarify from the beginning, rather than passive-aggressively letting the cafe sit on the counter for 15 min while he was unoccupied. If the server needed to be that petty, he could have at least prepared a new one, and one that wasn't spilled onto the plate. To readers of the initial review - I believe the response gives you an idea of the kind of treatment you get in the evenings. Again - wonderful place to go before 3 pm - you're greeted warmly, served promptly and with a smile, the perfect way to start your day.

02/08/2026: I went there for a couple of drinks while passing through Poissy, and yeah, it's a little bar where you have to order at the counter, a bit of a rip-off, but oh well, it's not the end of the world. As for the atmosphere the evening I went, it wasn't great for an August night.

26/06/2026: I wanted to have lunch because I was just passing through town. I asked for a table for one person, but the waiter told me it wasn't possible, turned his back on me, and started serving the customers who arrived after me. I think that's unacceptable, especially since the person was dining alone. Everyone has the right to be treated equally. Very poor service.

12/06/2026: The restaurant's website states, "Authentic Japanese restaurant located in a romantic setting." I ordered tempura, which turned out to be very heavy, mostly made up of a very greasy batter. Normally, tempura batter is so thin it's practically transparent. In my opinion, this restaurant is an insult to Japanese culinary art.

05/02/2026: Overall, it was good, but when you offer a daily special, it's a real shame that the dessert isn't homemade (apple tart). Apparently, the chef no longer makes it from scratch because, according to him, the frozen version is very good... Well, why not, but it's still a bit surprising and disappointing considering the price. On the other hand, the service was very good and the place was pleasant.

The atmosphere is really pleasant, and we quickly felt at ease, which made the meal even more enjoyable. As for the pizza, we have absolutely no complaints: it was excellent. The crust was perfectly cooked, with a light, soft texture and a slightly crispy edge. The ingredients were very good and, above all, well-balanced, allowing us to appreciate each flavor without any one element overpowering the others. You can really tell that attention is paid to quality and preparation. The cooking was also perfect: neither overcooked nor undercooked, exactly just right. The pizza arrived piping hot, generous, and very appetizing. It's exactly the kind of pizza where you finish your plate thinking you could have almost had a second one. The service was also impeccable. The team is professional yet remains warm and friendly. The wait was reasonable, and everything went smoothly from start to finish. I also really appreciated the overall atmosphere of the restaurant. It's friendly, pleasant, and comfortable enough to take your time and enjoy your meal. The cleanliness was also excellent, which is always a big plus. Finally, the value for money is very good considering the quality of the meal and the overall experience. You really leave with the feeling of having had a great time and having eaten something high-quality. Honestly, I have absolutely nothing negative to say about this experience. Everything was perfect: the welcome, the service, the atmosphere, the quality of the ingredients, the cooking, and of course, the pizza. 02/01/2026: A very beautiful golf course, the only one in France designed by the German champion Bernhard Langer. It's not very large, but it features many undulating greens. The course is elevated, offering a lovely view. The driving range is also very pleasant, with a covered section.

09/11/2025: The course is fantastic, designed by Langer in a beautiful setting. Difficult but challenging with real water hazards, especially on the 8th with its island green. A signature 18-hole for me with a superb back nine to the clubhouse. And the staff are lovely. I highly recommend it!

06/07/2026: Avoid this place! The waiter is incredibly disrespectful and sour. The atmosphere is charming and the food is good, but the prices are far too high for what is supposedly "homemade." The service is slow, and the waiters don't even offer a smile or a greeting. It's a shame their casual attitude completely ruins the experience. There are much better options nearby, such as Soprano, La Cabanne, or Zinc. Trust me, you'd be wise to get out of this place immediately.

26/06/2026: If you want to have a pleasant time in a nice restaurant, definitely don't go to this one. The manager showed an absolute lack of respect, kicking us out of a table where a waiter had seated us and which we had clearly reserved. No apology, she spoke to us like we were dogs, and strangely refused to explain who had supposedly reserved the table… It's outrageous to speak so rudely to people who have done nothing wrong. If I could give zero stars, I would.
