24/03/2024: Service 0. I placed an order on Ubereats today around 9:45 p.m. (03/24). I scheduled the order for 11:30 p.m. At 10 p.m. I called to tell them to change my pizza because I ordered the wrong thing, I wanted a tuna pizza instead of a chicken pizza. And the gentleman refuses and speaks to me very badly, telling me that the order has been issued. I said how come the order is launched when it is planned for 23 on Uber he then hung up on me. Following this inconvenience, I canceled the order on Uber and ordered a second time. I changed pizza the second time and when I receive the order to my surprise I find the pizza that I ordered and canceled at the very beginning. I then called back the Mr at reception who started shouting at me and refused to let me know who was in charge. Then he told me I don't give a damn, see it with Ubereats and then hung up. So I pay for a pizza that I don't want and what's more, people talk to me badly. I was a very loyal customer. But I will never order again from now on. Recruit caring people who know how to respect your customers. Order placed in the name of Syam.

27/01/2024: I have been a very regular customer since 2021. I ordered in January 2024, something has clearly changed, the taste of the pizzas is bland, as if a food was missing. On top of that, I forgot the mozza sticks during delivery, the deliveryman had to go back and forth to pick them up. This order was probably the last.

06/04/2024: The food was good as on our first/2nd visit but the service was not very pleasant. My husband didn't like the fact that a couple who arrived after us were served before us. I know there were people there but we had the impression that coming to eat there was annoying for them. However, the last time we came there they were very nice. But there weren't many people there. But there... the reception was rather cold. Too bad because the food was very good but when you rate a restaurant, you also rate the experience. They didn't even say goodbye when we left and my husband looked for their eyes as they left but...no. My husband settled and it was bye. Not great. I don't know if we will come back. We'll see. Too bad because it's not far from home.
