22/05/2026: I went to McDonald's last Saturday around 12:30 AM. A brunette woman named Julie took my order at the drive-thru. I entered my McDonald's ID, and everything seemed fine from that point on. Then, when I went to pay, I realized that Julie had removed my account and added her own to take advantage of the points I had earned. This isn't the first time I've noticed this. Unfortunately, it saddens me greatly that at your age you still do things like this. It's depressing for you, and you won't get anywhere in life with that mentality.
22/05/2026: The displayed delivery time is completely inaccurate. With the actual delivery time, I could have walked there and back. And you're charging a fee... We're paying for a service, not a hassle. We're way past the point of "fast" food...
And it's quite amusing that there's no indication of the time you pay for the order when you want to see the delivery time. Afraid of the actual timing?
Seen on the credit card receipt. Payment at 11:25 PM, estimated delivery at 12:50 AM... 1.5 hours to deliver a McDonald's 2km away? You're taking your customers for a ride!!!

30/04/2026: I am very disappointed with the person who served my husband this morning at 10:30. He didn't take our order properly, didn't even know what a hazelnut was, was condescending to my husband, and then had the nerve to say that my husband spoke rudely to him. I find this kind of attitude towards customers unacceptable. We weren't the only ones; two other women were there and noticed his behavior.
This is the last time we will go to this Starbucks in Vélizy.

25/05/2026: Terrible service, unpleasant saleswoman. Cold coffee. Definitely never again. The staff's listening skills need improvement.
24/05/2026: We ordered just an Oasis coffee and a bottle of water. When we arrived, there was no one in line. The person at the counter swept up the dustpan and emptied it into the bin, which was practically touching the crate of fresh baguettes sitting on the floor. Dust flying onto the baguettes—just lovely! The water wasn't cold, by the way. And the person who served us wasn't smiling, of course, wearing the gloves they'd just been sweeping with, but oh well... they were just bottles. The rest speaks volumes.

35 min wait to get 1 happy meal to go. And it's called fast food....
In addition I had to claim my order which they had supposedly given to someone else. I checked, the toy and the apples were missing! Ashamed !
In addition, internet orders and delivery come first. Very poorly organized. 1 out of 2 terminals work and it's impossible to get ice cream.
Brief :
I will never go there again

Les pizzas sont mangeables les pâtes sont dégueulasses le service est naze et quand au cafard dans le parmesan faut pas exagérer.
Le garlic bread commandé a été oublié il a fallu le réclamer... Heureusement qu'ils vous font payer en avance sinon tu te barres. J'aurais du m'en douter quand j'ai vu les assiettes encore pleines sur les tables...

19/07/2024: Suite à un pot de départ nous arrivons à 13 personnes qui travaillent dans le c.c Vélizy 2 nous demandons la remise de 10% sur une addition de 370€ qui nous a été refusé…soit disant qu il fallait présenter notre carte du centre qui nous a jamais été demandé alors que nous allons déjeuner régulièrement la bas !!! De plus on a commandé un pavé de bœuf il était dur comme du bois une salade saumon avocats arrivée sans avocats repartie en cuisine , pavé de bœuf très cuit et de format d un steack et dur 1 tartare de saumon avocat avec 3 morceaux de saumon … un serveur qui a l habitude de nous servir qui se permet de nous dire chut et ferme ta bouche !!!! Une honte un scandale a fuire !!!
27/04/2024: Un restaurant avec une équipe nombreuse, efficace en service mais je n’ai pas senti d’âme. Ils font leur travail sans plus. A la question pourquoi le nom (car pas clair sur internet) la réponse était rapide, pas motivée. Sur 3 personnes, 2 clients satisfaits et 1 déçu. Une bonne salade de saumon avocat, un bon plat de cotes d’agneau petits légumes. Pour la viande de boeuf : arrivée trop cuite. Ils l’ont changé mais elle était trop dure. Dommage car c’est leur spécialité le boeuf. Très bon écrasé de pommes de terre à la truffe. Pour un premier essai pas concluant. J’avais testé le cocktail en happy hour la semaine précédente et c’était mieux.
