Staff response: This is normal, orders are not made in order.
Fast food: review the notion of speed.
I left without my order, still happy they deigned to reimburse me

As a prefecture agent, I know how unpleasant it is for users to be poorly received, worse with my three children we were customers.
Order placed at 1:10 p.m. and served after 1:50 p.m.
For my part, I ate with my 8 year old daughter who wanted to eat at Pino at all costs.

05/09/2024: Staff is not smiling and the service is slow. They wait to collect the plates from the table and take drink orders. The calamari and spring rolls had a rubbery texture. The service seems to operate like a factory.

35 min wait to get 1 happy meal to go. And it's called fast food....
In addition I had to claim my order which they had supposedly given to someone else. I checked, the toy and the apples were missing! Ashamed !
In addition, internet orders and delivery come first. Very poorly organized. 1 out of 2 terminals work and it's impossible to get ice cream.
Brief :
I will never go there again
