Impeccable service, a full breakfast, and a very friendly and attentive staff. The room was clean and well-appointed. The location was perfect, right in the heart of town opposite the church, allowing you to get around without a car throughout your stay. The spa was also very pleasant. We will definitely return! Thank you!

"This isn't a cafeteria," we were told this morning. "Ugh... what kind of comment is that? Did we really need to hear that when we knew nothing about their usual practices? It's not very nice to say that to us when I was pretty much ready to give them at least 4 stars, despite the cramped rooms and hallways." Furthermore, a point I'd like to make in return, and the reason for the two-star rating for service, is their lack of consideration for guests regarding the spa, for example, in terms of staff being available to accompany us. In short, a bit of a "figure it out yourselves" attitude, and perhaps too busy making gratuitous remarks to poor, defenseless customers. Not very nice at all. However, we're not sure we'll return, given the parking situation. I certainly don't want to get a measly little fine from them. Mr. or Ms. Inspector, I already pay my taxes and such, and I certainly don't want to be disturbed in the middle of the night by noise from outside. If I come to a hotel, it's to enjoy my vacation and sleep peacefully, so maybe it'll be fine. Okay, tell that to someone else...

The hotel is well located, and parking isn't too difficult. The room was small but cozy. The bedding was a bit soft, but fine. The reversible air conditioning should be turned off as it's incredibly noisy. The breakfast buffet offered a good selection.

Very well located in the center of Vichy and a very friendly welcome. The room was very pleasant, but the bathroom was a bit small. Thank you to the team and Happy New Year 2026!

Hotel well located in the city center; however, it's right on the street and poorly soundproofed. The room was small, with no storage (shelves) for clothes, just hangers. The bathroom was cold (in January), and the small electric heater was ineffective. The restaurant was good and reasonably priced.

A truly remarkable experience at the Kyriad Vichy hotel. The welcome is exceptionally professional, elegant, and genuine, thanks to exemplary management that pays meticulous attention to detail. Breakfasts are distinguished by their quality and generous portions. The cuisine, both understated and perfectly executed, demonstrates a true art of hospitality and irresistibly makes you want to return. An exceptional address in Vichy, which has established itself as a benchmark.

Hotel close to the city center. Very comfortable rooms and a great breakfast. The only downside was the lack of access to the spa on December 31st. We were disappointed as this was one of our criteria for choosing this hotel.

13/10/2025: My husband treated me to a weekend in Vichy with a "travel" dinner and a night at the hotel for my birthday. We chose to have dinner in the evening: the meal was excellent, and we had the chance to tour the kitchens during the service, which was a wonderful experience. A few negative points, however: • The dishes were served a little too quickly, which cut short the enjoyment of the meal. • At the beginning of the service, I was asked my wine pairing preferences. I specified that I didn't like red wine, and they confirmed that white would be available. Unfortunately, the instruction was clearly not passed on: I was served two glasses of red, which I declined, with no offer of replacement. • It's also a shame that coffee isn't included in the "travel" menu. Regarding the room, we had requested breakfast in the room. At 10:00 a.m., we had to call reception, who were waiting for us downstairs. They were finally able to bring it up, but it took us a bit of time, which was a shame. Overall, we have very fond memories of this stay. This was our second visit, and we'll be happy to return next time, at another time of year, to discover new seasonal dishes.
03/10/2025: Thank you to the entire team at the beautiful Décoret establishment for allowing us to have such a pleasant time yesterday during a lunch that we would describe as memorable. Not a single false note from starter to dessert. Impeccable service, precise explanations of the dishes, and perfectly balanced flavors and tastes on the plate. The icing on the cake was that we were able to see the work that goes into the kitchen by having the chance to chat with the chef. We are in awe.... Having the chance to compare ourselves with certain Michelin-starred establishments, we don't understand how such a place hasn't yet received its second star. We simply hope that this error will be corrected in 2026 by the Red Guide. Thank you, Chef, and sincere congratulations to you and your entire team.

05/04/2026: A very warm welcome, a very friendly team, a splendid setting, and extremely clean restrooms. We ate very well. The only downside was a coordination problem in the kitchen; they forgot the charcuterie board, so we had to wait for it to arrive before having our aperitif, and as a result, the main courses arrived too! We had to eat everything at the same time! What a shame...
12/11/2025: Beautiful place. Excellent food. Top-notch service. I highly recommend it.
