Great restaurant! Friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Excellent service.
The food was delicious; I highly recommend the ribs—they were melt-in-your-mouth tender!
And all this at a price everyone can afford.

Good time, except for the heat in the restaurant. It's a shame the profiteroles are no longer on the menu, and the salmon wasn't cooked properly. Review updated in May 2026... the portion sizes are ridiculously small; you shouldn't be hungry... because the value for money is no longer good... what a shame.

Bouillon 300 Grammes is a real gem in Blois. The atmosphere is warm, the welcome is friendly, and the staff is incredibly attentive.
The dishes are generous, prepared with high-quality ingredients. You can taste the homemade quality and the attention to detail, from the presentation to the service. The value for money is remarkable.
We had lunch there with colleagues, and it's a place I recommend without hesitation. Now that we've tasted it... we'll be back! Kudos to the whole team for this wonderful place.
