What a shame to see such a lack of organization and structure for this Saturday lunch service. We waited 45 minutes for a lasagna (prepared and reheated) and two sharing platters that couldn't possibly have taken ages to prepare (where the rillons were listed on the menu but were nowhere to be seen). The very friendly waitress was running around everywhere, while the few staff present couldn't seem to turn down any more customers. We didn't order dessert. Fortunately, the city of Blois will leave us with fond memories, both for its heritage and the kindness of its inhabitants.

Excellent restaurant with reasonable prices and perfectly acceptable food! Quick service. A fantastic team—smiling, funny, and friendly! Paired with a good local wine, I highly recommend it! Thank you!

Fantastic experience! We stopped by because we liked the menu and it wasn't too extensive. The service was top-notch! The servers were friendly and attentive, the meal was incredible, the marinated chicken was tender and perfectly cooked, and the desserts were amazing in terms of quantity!! I only saw their "average" rating afterward, and I don't think it's justified. I highly and sincerely recommend it.

Very fast service, with a smile to boot ☺️ Thank you to the young waiter who, despite the crowd, was very professional and pleasant throughout. We were very pleasantly surprised by the speed and quality of the service! The menu is excellent: varied without being overwhelming, and beautifully presented. The prices are quite reasonable (€21 for a starter, main course, and dessert is fantastic). The food was truly superb; obviously, it's a brasserie, but frankly, it was better than we expected! Thank you again for the warm welcome; we will cherish the memory of our visit to Blois ☀️🙏

During a visit to Blois, we stopped at this restaurant. Excellent value for money, and the terrace was lovely on this balmy evening. The service was quick, and the waitress was friendly and efficient. Don't hesitate!

Had a super delicious meal! The salads were delicious and really filling! The prawn salad contained more prawns than you would typically get and had a delicious marinade. Caesar salad was also perfect. The chicken skewer had plenty of meat too. Nicely presented and friendly service, with a lovely view over the square and the steps to the castle. Nice shops around the area. Highly recommended for the price/quality ratio.

Food made without love and without taste. The ingredients are simply placed on the plate with no attempt to please. The avocado and shrimp salad I ordered yesterday had five measly, completely dry shrimp and half an avocado placed directly on top without any preparation. And there was no olive oil to adjust the bland dressing. As for my husband's burger steak, the concept of "rare" clearly hasn't been grasped by the cook (I don't think he's a cook at all), because the first time it arrived overcooked and the second time it was medium. What a shame, because the place deserves better.

We came for a drink on the terrace today. The waitress was efficient, very friendly, and smiling. It's a welcome change from some of the bars on the Place du Château in Blois.

15/08/2026: For delicious old-fashioned confit de canard and escargots, but they have a bit of everything. Delicious beer, fine wine, good food; it's a bit off the beaten track but still right in the city center. Very friendly staff.
14/08/2026: We come to this restaurant from time to time, and overall, the food is decent. However, some things really need improvement. Regarding the desserts, particularly the strawberry Melba and the "strawberry tiramisu," we were quite disappointed. A tiramisu without biscuits, made essentially of cream and whipped cream, is simply not really a tiramisu anymore… The recipes could definitely use some tweaking. Another regrettable point: the bread on our last visit. It was stale and clearly didn't seem fresh, which is a shame for a restaurant. Finally, the wait was particularly long. A very friendly, smiling, and pleasant young man was serving customers alone while the other women were inside. It was clear he was doing his best, but it would have been nice to have some help. We are making these comments constructively, as the restaurant has potential. With a few improvements to the desserts, the bread and especially the organization of the service, the experience could be much better.
