I discovered À Cantina di Ghjulia with my mother to introduce her to the flavors of Corsica, and we were delighted. The welcome is warm, the cuisine authentic and generous, with fresh produce that truly showcases Corsican gastronomy. A wonderful place in Ajaccio that I highly recommend! We fell in love with the zucchini fritters and the veal with olives!

20/10/2025: A very good dinner! Simple and authentic, but unfortunately spoiled by an uninterrupted phone conversation coming from the kitchen, during which they revealed, among other things, in great detail, their next holiday destination... What a shame!
