I discovered À Cantina di Ghjulia with my mother to introduce her to the flavors of Corsica, and we were delighted. The welcome is warm, the cuisine authentic and generous, with fresh produce that truly showcases Corsican gastronomy. A wonderful place in Ajaccio that I highly recommend! We fell in love with the zucchini fritters and the veal with olives!

14/04/2026: A short stay of a few days; the owners and staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room was also very nice.
13/04/2026: This inn is truly lovely and very comfortable. The owner is very kind and welcoming. The restaurant right next door is also very inviting. My mother and I will definitely come back next time.
