My husband and I decided to change things up and try the homemade burgers, bread made with their own pizza dough. We ordered double. 😉 (greedy)🤤 My husband and I only ate half, it was enough, no need for fries to go with it. They don't offer fries with this burger, but frankly, there's no need. Next time I'll order the plain one. 😄 I recommend it. Have a good evening.

Hotel Restaurant le Combalou

10/11/2025: Discovered by chance during a visit to the Roquefort cellars, a real treat... A popular restaurant in the best sense of the word: a warm welcome, quick service, and staff who are as kind as they are polite. Generous portions, perfectly cooked meats, and delicious desserts. A place I look forward to returning to.
06/11/2025: A very pleasant restaurant, good service, and a very friendly waitress. Not to mention the very welcoming owner. The daily special was quite good.

27/12/2025: Passing through this village, I went to this restaurant. The prices are reasonable and the service is friendly. I ordered tagliatelle with Roquefort cheese and a crème brûlée. I enjoyed the pasta, but the crème brûlée was a bit cold, which is a shame, but it was still acceptable considering the price. Dogs are allowed, which is great.
04/11/2025: Excellent restaurant. Local cuisine and a very friendly owner. As an aperitif, I recommend the pastis from the Causses du Larzac.
