Hotel Restaurant le Combalou sur Roquefort-Sur-Soulzon

28/08/2026: We made a reservation for noon to visit the Roquefort cellars at 2 pm. The welcome was charming. Orders were taken quickly, but the service was less so, as they seemed a bit overwhelmed (we left at 1:45 pm without coffee because we didn't have time). Most of us chose aligot with sausage. It wasn't really aligot, but more like mashed potatoes. The desserts—crepes cooked in advance and reheated at the last minute—weren't exactly what you'd expect from a proper creperie. However, they were generous compared to the rest of the dishes. Ultimately, everything is in line with the price: quality/quantity/price.

27/08/2026: Absolutely excellent, obviously as a Roquefort lover I'm biased 😅 Special mention to the Flaune with orange blossom 🤤 a delight! I highly recommend it 🔥
