A friend and I stumbled upon La Belle Excuse for a meal completely by chance.
The owner himself served us. We ordered two salads and desserts.
It was delicious, and the menu was simple, which inspired confidence.
The welcome was warm. My friend and I chatted late into the evening, but the owner never pressured us about the service.
In short, it's a great place in Thiers for a pleasant meal.

Perfect place. The owner, who also serves, is very welcoming and friendly. The starters, main courses, and desserts were all excellent and very generous. The ingredients were super fresh. We highly recommend it.

We've been to this lovely restaurant several times as a family. Everything was perfect. Delicious and generous portions. Friendly and very responsive staff. Cozy and welcoming atmosphere.

We had an exceptional time at this restaurant. We ate very well, with delicious and well-prepared dishes. You can really taste the fresh, high-quality ingredients.
The atmosphere is very pleasant, warm, and welcoming, which makes the experience even more enjoyable. The service is impeccable, with staff who are both professional and friendly.
The value for money is very good, even quite affordable for what we ate. A wonderful discovery that we highly recommend.
