A superb discovery!
The setting is magnificent, the atmosphere cozy, and the service top-notch. The surprise menu concept is truly original, and the dishes are refined, bursting with flavor, and made with fresh, local ingredients.

The food is truly incredible!
Especially for a vegan menu, which isn't always easy to find, and even more so with such daring flavor combinations that work perfectly together!
Having worked in the hospitality industry, my partner and I can honestly say this is one of our best culinary experiences!

We had a lovely romantic evening in a beautiful, warm, and intimate atmosphere. We received a very warm welcome and our waitress was very pleasant and smiling. The cooking is clearly driven by passion, a love of quality ingredients, pronounced flavors, and a strong ethical commitment to local produce. The vegetarian option is a great success, offering a wonderful variety of products and simply exquisite flavors! In short, a flawless experience, excellent value for money, go for it without hesitation! 😉

Authentic, original, and delicious cuisine. There's only one surprise menu (guaranteeing freshness)... just let yourself be carried away! From appetizer to dessert, pure bliss. The wine list is very interesting. I highly recommend this innovative restaurant, a welcome change after the Vosges dishes (which are lovely, of course). The service is very friendly and professional. I will definitely return.

Ah! What a wonderful discovery!
The atmosphere was warm and the service impeccable.
The food was divine, I would say; everything was perfect, from the wine selection to the dessert. In my humble opinion, it's Michelin-star quality cuisine at very reasonable prices. I highly recommend it.
