INCREDIBLE!! The concept, the food, the flavors, the welcome, the tranquility… One of the best restaurants we've ever discovered! Excellent value for money!

Authentic, original, and delicious cuisine. There's only one surprise menu (guaranteeing freshness)... just let yourself be carried away! From appetizer to dessert, pure bliss. The wine list is very interesting. I highly recommend this innovative restaurant, a welcome change after the Vosges dishes (which are lovely, of course). The service is very friendly and professional. I will definitely return.

Ah! What a wonderful discovery! The atmosphere was warm and the service impeccable. The food was divine, I would say; everything was perfect, from the wine selection to the dessert. In my humble opinion, it's Michelin-star quality cuisine at very reasonable prices. I highly recommend it.

Fourth or fifth visit to this intimate restaurant in the heart of Gérardmer, where reservations are highly recommended. And it's always the same pleasure: expertly prepared bistronomic cuisine, superb presentation, a lovely wine selection, and service that is both friendly and efficient. All this at a reasonable price considering the restaurant's quality. Note for my fellow countrymen: you can now order a "pousse-café" (after-dinner drink)... ;-)

Nice little restaurant with a lovely waitress, good food but a little disappointed by the value for money (they could be more sophisticated for a €40 menu), slow service (dish served 1 hour after our arrival), and a few improvements to be made to the place (door that doesn't close properly with an icy draft, WC decor a little damaged).

We discovered that the different menus were surprise menus, where you choose a number of courses without knowing what they were. We decided to trust them, and we weren't disappointed! The atmosphere is pleasant, and the decor is very tasteful. The service is impeccable, and the waitress was very friendly, discreet, yet warm. Everything we were served was delicious, refined, and presented with delicacy and elegance. The emulsions are incredibly light, and the flavors are exquisite (mushrooms, Jerusalem artichoke, etc.). The slow-braised beef was melt-in-your-mouth tender and flavorful. I had a vegetarian menu, which was very good. I think it's great that the first two menus have a vegetarian and a vegan option; you can come as a family or in a group, and everyone will find something they like! I absolutely loved this restaurant and highly recommend it! 😃🥰
