La Fourchette Gourmande sur Gerardmer

This was our second stay at this lovely hotel. We were once again warmly welcomed, the room was charming and spotlessly clean, with a lake view and a small terrace. The breakfast buffet was superb, and we will definitely return.

A simple but well-laid-out, clean, and well-located restaurant. Excellent daily menu and very affordable prices. Very welcoming staff. Reservations recommended (which we made), as the restaurant was full. A must-try, just steps from the lake.

Food was brillant, more so starters and mains than desserts

A ☆☆ hotel that probably only lacks the elevator to be ☆☆☆. Received a super friendly welcome, beautiful room, unfortunately without air conditioning but understandable in a ski resort, generally satisfied, affordable recommendation. The restaurant is top-notch. Our (naturally well-behaved) Labrador was welcome everywhere.

A truly excellent stay in every respect. We appreciated the quality of the rooms and the restaurant, which offered fresh produce with authentic local flavors. Kudos to the Chef! The staff is professional, warm, friendly, and very attentive. The service in the restaurant is simply perfect. The daily housekeeping of the rooms is satisfactory. The hotel's location is ideal: right on the lake, yet set back from the road and just steps from all the water sports and the center of Gérardmer. We enjoyed a seven-night stay with half-board, with the option of choosing à la carte dishes according to our preferences. The private spa was a very pleasant and relaxing break.
