Everything was delicious from start to finish, the service was efficient and friendly. The three of us dined there tonight and we were delighted; this restaurant definitely deserves a Michelin star.

Delightful surprise menu with a veggie option. A nice glass of wine to go with it. Cozy and atmospheric decor.

What a delightful surprise! We appreciate tasting menus and were not disappointed. From the amuse-bouche to dessert, everything was exquisite: refined presentation, perfectly balanced flavors, a perfectly matched wine pairing, and pleasant, discreet service.

Definitely a reservation is necessary because it's a real treat for the taste buds. The tasting menu, with several courses, was served brilliantly by a knowledgeable young chef. Congratulations to my vegan friends and to me, a flexitarian! See the photos for proof.

A wonderful discovery, the cuisine was so refined and inventive. A delight from start to finish. However, the dining room is small and not suitable for large groups, like the ten people seated at a single table that evening.

Had a tasty meal in a pleasant setting. The food was certainly delicious but sometimes lacked a bit of 'oomph'. The service was very friendly, though she was working alone, which meant it sometimes took a bit longer to order, for plates to be cleared, etc. All in all, definitely enjoyed it!

We walked past this restaurant... and thought, why not? Let's break the mold, challenge our preconceptions, and discover something new! A superb experience for our daughter's 17th birthday! The service, the food, the ambiance... everything was perfect. Special mention to the young lady who explained everything... and with a smile! Thank you for this wonderful moment.

La Fourchette Gourmande

18/09/2026: Comfortable hotel, refined cuisine, relaxation area with spa, hammam and sauna that can be booked privately. Well located very close to the lake. Excellent value for money.
10/09/2026: We stayed at this hotel for three days and everything was fantastic. The rooms are functional and very clean. Breakfast is offered at a very reasonable price, as is the restaurant. The dishes looked really well-prepared (unfortunately, we were full), but we will definitely be back! The location is perfect: 100 meters from the lake, you just have to cross the road, and a 15-minute walk from the town center, which is very convenient. One small drawback, but not at all the hotel's fault: the streetlights are off for a short section of the path leading to the hotel in the evening. I still recommend this hotel 100%. The staff is very kind, helpful, and accommodating. The hotel also has a garage for storing bicycles, which is really great. Absolutely nothing to complain about, everything was perfect: we truly felt at home. We can't wait to return!

30/04/2026: Closed for the moment, but we celebrated our two daughters' 60th birthdays and, as usual, everything was perfect.
