The restaurant is intimate and tastefully decorated. The service is personalized and excellent, and as for the cuisine, the quality of the dishes and the attention to detail are perfect.
This "bistronomic" restaurant has nothing to envy from fine dining establishments. In fact, it surpasses some in several respects. Bravo.

A wonderful discovery in Gérardmer! We opted for the 5-course tasting menu, and each dish was a delightful surprise: sophisticated cuisine made with high-quality ingredients. The welcome and atmosphere are just as warm as the food. Be sure to book ahead; this is a place well worth the detour.

A superb experience at La Chaume de mon père! The surprise menu concept is brilliant: you don't know what you're going to eat, but you can trust them completely. The four-course menu was absolutely excellent, a real success: creative, balanced, and expertly prepared dishes from start to finish. Everything was delicious. The service was welcoming, efficient, and professional.
