Excellent. I was surprised and hesitant because of the mystery menu. But it was a wonderful discovery for my birthday. Every dish was refined and delicious. The young woman who served me was smiling and lovely. An excellent evening in every way. BB

Fantastic experience! The food is excellent: creative yet respectful of local ingredients. The service is top-notch: professional and warm, and the setting is superb: a beautiful, modern dining room and a lovely little terrace perfect for sunny days! PS: Dogs are very welcome 🐶

A wonderful discovery in Gérardmer! For those of us who love surprises, this restaurant with its blind tasting menus was perfect. We received a very warm welcome (plus a little bowl of water for our dog!) and thoroughly enjoyed every bite. I highly recommend it!

We truly enjoyed our experience. It was very calm and intimate. The meal was a surprise from start to finish. They were able to accommodate dietary restrictions. The suggested pairings were excellent. I highly recommend it for a unique experience.

It's so nice to be surprised! The blind tasting was a very pleasant surprise. The kugelhopf bread was original and delicious. Well done to the chef!
