Four-course menu (€48), vegan for me and the classic for my partner. We both absolutely loved it; we savored every single dish! It's wonderful to find such refined and flavorful cuisine, even in the vegan version, which is very similar to the classic menu. The ingredients are high-quality, everything is homemade, and you can taste the difference!
The service was impeccable. I highly recommend it; it's an experience well worth the price. We will definitely return on our next trip to the area!

Excellent. I was surprised and hesitant because of the mystery menu. But it was a wonderful discovery for my birthday. Every dish was refined and delicious. The young woman who served me was smiling and lovely. An excellent evening in every way. BB

A wonderful discovery in Gérardmer!
For those of us who love surprises, this restaurant with its blind tasting menus was perfect.
We received a very warm welcome (plus a little bowl of water for our dog!) and thoroughly enjoyed every bite. I highly recommend it!

Fantastic experience! The food is excellent: creative yet respectful of local ingredients. The service is top-notch: professional and warm, and the setting is superb: a beautiful, modern dining room and a lovely little terrace perfect for sunny days!

We truly enjoyed our experience. It was very calm and intimate. The meal was a surprise from start to finish. They were able to accommodate dietary restrictions. The suggested pairings were excellent. I highly recommend it for a unique experience.
