The decor and setting weren't great, and the atmosphere was a bit dated (it all needs updating). The staff (waitress and owner) were incredibly kind, lovely, and welcoming. I want to congratulate the chef who introduced me to a truly remarkable and memorable cordon bleu! I only have one thing to say: it's the best cordon bleu I've ever eaten! I've tasted hundreds, but this one is the best in all of Alsace! (It deserves to be known and to have 6 stars!) My sincerest congratulations! 🥳🙏👌 I'll be back this time with my family, who will be thrilled to enjoy it with your delicious golden fries. My sincere regards and thanks. The quality and quantity are well worth the 20-minute wait and the €27 price tag. Best regards

Top-quality products, fresh and homemade side dishes, the cordon bleu is excellent 👍.

We're on holiday in Gunstett. On the recommendation of the potter on the same street as the restaurant, we called to order three sauerkraut dishes... we were pleasantly surprised. The service was excellent. Everything is homemade. The sauerkraut was delicious, my daughter loved her steak tartare, and the two little ones enjoyed their ham and chips, which were served like royalty. A typical restaurant with traditional decor that reflects its cuisine, which is also very generous!

Unfortunately, we only visit once a year due to the distance we live in. Simple, tasty, home-style cooking at an excellent price.

For our first visit to this restaurant, the food was excellent, the service impeccable, and the atmosphere very pleasant. One thing is for sure: we will definitely be back. Quantity and quality were more than perfect.
