We've been going there for years and have always been satisfied, except lately the cleanliness has been lacking! Flies everywhere, dirty floor... What a shame!

I've been coming to Kohola since it opened, and I'm saddened to see that the food portions are getting smaller every year while the price remains the same. I'm a regular customer, and the service has always been impeccable until now. However, today I had a very unpleasant encounter with a young man! We arrived at 9:15 PM, and he made no attempt to hide his annoyance, sighing, adopting a dismissive attitude by addressing us informally, and clearly showing his exasperation if we hesitated over an item to add to the poke bowl. It's simply unacceptable to hire people who behave this way towards customers. I won't be back.

Really good, I come very, very often, but I'm disappointed about one thing… the portions aren't always the same, and when you politely point out that there's hardly anything in the end, you have to pay extra, even though there are only 5 tiny pieces of salmon in the poke bowl… not very cool, the portions are never the same… what a shame… apart from that, the staff are always very kind and helpful

I often eat at Kohola in Illkirch, it's really good, I recommend it, but it's a shame the staff turnover is so high and you often end up dealing with new people who are struggling a bit.

Absolutely delicious! It was incredibly busy and there was a very long queue, but the staff were totally professional and friendly. The food was fantastic! It's a shame I don't live nearby, otherwise I'd be there all the time. The portion was also great!
