Pleasant and very professional waiter, be aware that the dishes are served in small portions because it is primarily a wine bar, this gives the opportunity to taste the whole menu for big appetites.

A wonderful dinner at Assemblage in Salies-de-Béarn. The owner and staff were incredibly welcoming and genuinely English-friendly — rare and so appreciated. The menu focuses on fresh, local small plates that really showcase the region's produce, paired with an excellent selection of regional wines. Honest, unpretentious cooking in a warm atmosphere. If you're visiting Salies-de-Béarn, this is the place to eat. Highly recommend!

My husband and I just had a wonderful time celebrating Valentine's Day and our 29th wedding anniversary. The owner was incredibly welcoming and a fantastic cook, his wife was so friendly, attentive, and always smiling, and the young waiter was just as wonderful. The menu was perfect, original, and very reasonably priced. I highly recommend this place. Thank you!

Incredible place! In the heart of Salies-de-Béarn. A friendly atmosphere and a superb wine selection curated by Thierry, a passionate and engaging sommelier.
Extremely creative for events, yesterday's was fantastic 🤩 a tasting of several vintages of Mon Père's wine, the hidden gem of Salies! A real treasure ✨
