My wife and I had a wonderful evening meal at this excellent Bistro. The flavours created by chef Henri are devine. He uses local produce with imagination and flair.
The concept of a meal of several small dishes is a refreshing change in an area where the food offer at restaurants is usually fairly predictable.
Henri's charming wife Joanna heads the front of house team with humour and calm efficiency.
They had an impressive local singer and guitarist to provide further entertainment.
And the ambience was quirky and brought a smile to our faces.
Highly recommended.

A lovely little stop while strolling through Salies-de-Béarn.
Nothing to complain about, everything was perfect from the welcome to the tasting, all in a wonderfully musical atmosphere.
I highly recommend it if you're in the area.

We happened to visit this beautiful village where this wonderful place is located this summer. The food and service were exceptional, especially from the cook, a true culinary artist who is also incredibly friendly and knew our beautiful region of Asturias well.

An impromptu stop at the Salt Festival... we ended up staying all afternoon and well into the evening because the atmosphere was so fantastic. Thierry and his team certainly know how to host, that's for sure! We love the kind of encounters we've been dreaming of!

I discovered this place and have been a regular customer ever since.
The service and food are excellent, the team is always smiling, energetic, and accommodating to every request.

A great spot in Salies. The tapas are delicious and well-prepared. There's a wide selection, so you could easily go back several times a week!
The prices are very reasonable. They also offer platters and a daily special. Honestly, go without hesitation. The staff is very friendly and accommodating, finding you a table in a corner or on the terrace when the restaurant is full! This is exactly the place Salies was missing!

Superb welcome, cozy and comfortable terrace. Dogs welcome.
Wine/food/coffee bar serving excellent hot and cold appetizers! Making something simple and delicious is often complicated because it has to be perfect.
We experienced this firsthand here: Less is More!
Our choices included tuna carpaccio sashimi with soy sauce (🤩), snails with parmesan and parsley crumble, cooked ham tartare, and mozzarella rösti. These were accompanied by a superb Pinot Noir and an absolutely delicious local amber beer.
We'll definitely be back!
