Honestly, a great weekend, the only weak point is the restaurant and more precisely the cuisine, the Saturday evening meal was really disappointing. Damage

Very nice hotel, very welcoming and pleasant staff. For the thalassotherapy we cannot say the same. Very small, would need cooling and cold water (only 30 degrees while in other thalassotherapy centers it is 32 degrees) and no whirlpool bath, only a swan's neck and a jacuzzi that is too small. It's cold in the solarium.

I just spent 4 days in a mini Zen treatment. It was a first for me, and how can I put it... What a pleasure. A big thank you to Morgane, to Marion, what a pleasure... A Zen cure is more. I had never done thalassotherapy, and here, I have just discovered a pleasure, a discovery that makes me ask for more. Maybe I'm not the best advice, seeing as it was my first, But from the reception, the cloakroom, and the people who take care of you: a pleasure, all smiling. Looking forward, Benedict.

Ideal outside of mass attendance, all the services available are perfect.

Little Thalasso weekend for lovers. It was very nice. The hotel is very clean although it could do with some decorating. The staff is really great, at the hotel, the restaurant and the Thalasso area. The care was also perfect. The only downside for us was the evening meal which was not bad but lacked finesse for a hotel of this style. And the Ile de Ré is a magical place…

Very welcoming staff and pleasant, comfortable room (bathroom to be refreshed). Very good and plentiful breakfast, good catering. The swimming pool and jacuzzi area is however a little dilapidated.

From the reservation by telephone (with Steven) to our departure, the team (catering, maintenance, care, and changing room of the marine area) was very professional, smiling and pleasant. I was lucky enough to be massaged by Marion who was gentle and caring, thank you to her. I would just like to point out that the marine space is indeed aging and a little dark. Our room, although clean and well located with a pleasant view of the garden, was also aging. A top breakfast, good value for money! We will come back to Thalacap, for this bubble of softness, because the staff is attentive and also for this little moment by the fire which makes us feel at home.
