We've been going to this restaurant for a long time and it's always a pleasure. The atmosphere is very pleasant, the traditional cuisine is delicious and very tasty. The owner is very friendly and an excellent cook. The staff is smiling, attentive, and efficient. An address we recommend without hesitation.

A very warm welcome. A young woman provided service with great professionalism and kindness. An excellent meal. And the chef even came to check on us. A truly delicious meal. There were six of us, and we were delighted. Thank you to the whole team, and come and eat without hesitation.

A romantic lunch; the cordon bleu was delicious, as was the perfectly seasoned steak tartare. My husband loved the chocolate mousse. I highly recommend it.

31/01/2026: Hello, I'm very disappointed with the quality of this supposedly 4-star hotel. I'm still trying to figure out where the stars are hidden. Anyway, no complaints about the staff, but having stayed in other 4-star hotels in Alsace, I'm disappointed. The bed creaks when you turn over (I won't go into details), the shower head wobbles, and the hot water takes 5 minutes to arrive. As for breakfast, for a 4-star hotel, nothing is homemade, not even orange juice. In short, when I book a 4-star hotel, it's not to get the conditions of a chain hotel.
27/01/2026: Thank you for the goodwill gesture and room change following the mold problem in the previous room; and let's not forget the outrageous prices displayed on the room door (800 euros!!!)
