17/05/2026: Excellent crêperie, the galettes were delicious and generously filled. We ate there three nights in a row. The staff were very pleasant. We highly recommend it. (From the Burgundians who came for the Ascension weekend.)
10/05/2026: I came a few weeks ago (during a car show?), about an hour or an hour and a half before closing time. The waiter informed me, with great enthusiasm, that the restaurant was full, even though there were at least five empty tables and several people were finishing up. We went for a walk and, unsurprisingly, 30-45 minutes later the restaurant was still only half full. What a disappointment, especially since the small town was otherwise very nice and welcoming. That waiter's smug attitude really got on my nerves!

We stayed with you this weekend, but unfortunately we didn't get the room with a balcony we requested. A major drawback was the restaurant being full with people who weren't even staying at the hotel. Otherwise, it was a great hotel.
03/03/2026: The food is terrible, though the sleep is awful. It's unbelievable that in 2026 they're still offering such mediocre quality products for a €16 breakfast.
The sourcing policy goes against common sense and environmental and public health realities. It's a real shame because overall it's a lovely establishment run by very friendly and welcoming staff.

13/05/2026: The moment we stepped through the door, we received a fantastic welcome.
We each enjoyed a cordon bleu and a tiramisu that would make any top chef envious.
We highly recommend this place.

01/06/2026: Very friendly volunteers who talk about the fort. They try to speak in German and English.
25/05/2026: The terrace is worth a visit because of its location; it's the only positive aspect of the establishment.
The food is poor quality (mixed salad with a low-grade sausage that's definitely not cervelas), and when we mentioned it to the waitress, she replied, "Oh, I'll tell the chef..."
A tourist trap and a rip-off for locals!

24/05/2026: A lovely, rustic, family-run atmosphere, where the very friendly senior owner is also included. And the service was admirably quick and efficient despite the large number of guests. The food was delicious, too – everything was just perfect for us! A very successful family evening that everyone enjoyed.
However, reservations were absolutely essential.

19/04/2026: Passing through Molsheim for one night, we ate on the terrace of the Lounge. The waiters gave us a great recommendation for local dishes (and schnapps!). The meat was good and very tender.
We recommend it! 🙆🏻♀️

Who doesn't say hello and keeps cleaning her floor for 5 minutes with a customer right in front of her, probably thinking it's up to the customer to make the first move…
The customer is starting to think they're bothering her ;) then laughs as if we're being rude. Incidentally, it's no better than when she yells and gets angry in front of customers because her colleagues or supervisor are bad.

06/07/2024: Une belle découverte, des produits excellents, de belles associations originales et goûteuses. Nous nous sommes régalés du début à la fin. Nous y retournerons avec plaisir !
06/05/2024: Un restaurant atypique tenu par deux amis très accueillants. Décoration à leur image, recherchée et qui donne matière à réflexion.
On s'y sent vraiment bien!
Nous avions choisi ce restaurant en retournant sur Strasbourg et surtout parce qu'il est en dehors de la cohue touristique.
Les plats sont font maisons et extrêmement délicieux!
Des entrées à partager et à manger avec les doigts. Un Burger avec du boeuf confit et un merveilleux croque monsieur sucré pour terminer cette pause gustative. On ne se prend pas la tête et on passe un merveilleux moment dans cet établissement.
