You don't need to be a fish or seafood lover to enjoy a meal at L'Abri des Flots, because even though the restaurant specializes in it, you'll still find a fine selection of meats.
However, the fish dishes, mostly local, are prepared with meticulous care, and the fresh seafood is prepared right in front of you (if you're seated on the terrace!).
The desserts are also worth trying, so save some room! Reservations are recommended.

After spending 10 days in Dinard eating lunch and dinner at restaurants, this one is clearly among the best. We even went back before we left. Excellent food and a very warm welcome, including for our small dog in a stroller, who can no longer walk very well; he was welcomed with great kindness.

A truly delightful lunch, beautifully orchestrated by the entire restaurant team. Everyone enjoyed their favorite dishes. The meat, fish, and shellfish were incredibly fresh, and the mussels were excellent. We'll definitely be back soon! Thank you, L'Abri des Flots! 🎉🎊

We had a wonderful lunch today at L’Abri des Flots restaurant to celebrate my mother and stepfather’s birthdays.
We all chose the seafood sauerkraut… a real treat, absolutely delicious! And to top it all off, I indulged in my favorite dessert: chocolate profiteroles.
A huge thank you to the entire team for their kindness and attention to detail: photos, candles, the warm welcome… everything was perfect!
I highly recommend this restaurant if you’re looking for a delicious and welcoming experience!

The food was quite good (the anchovies were actually nicer than the anchovy sauce in the Caesar salad) on a very pleasant terrace. Unfortunately, the service was frankly rough, even brutal; the owner showed no smiles or attention whatsoever. While we were careful—you never know!—not to mention it, the owner—him again!—obviously ignored our departure, something he hadn't done with others. A matter of the bill, I imagine. You'll undoubtedly find nicer places nearby.

Excellent, warm welcome.
Original and sophisticated menu.
The sea bass was cooked to perfection. The fish soup was beautifully presented and delicious.
My only slight complaint is that the piece of haddock in the sauerkraut was a little small.
The setting is very pleasant. I'll definitely be back!
