A fantastic place! The lunch special for €9.90 is truly excellent. The crepes are superb, the staff are exceptionally friendly and welcoming, and the service is impeccable. I highly recommend it!

We decided to venture slightly away from the seafront, and we were so glad we did. We stumbled upon an excellent daily special: black cod with mashed potatoes and assorted vegetables, cooked to perfection. The dessert was a French toast-style pudding of the same caliber. The food we were served was simply delicious. The waitress and waiters also contributed greatly to the restaurant's unpretentious atmosphere. We're from the Var region (department 83) but were in the area on vacation, so unfortunately we won't be able to come back every week. I highly recommend this restaurant. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Simple but effective menu. The steak was incredibly tender, and the waitresses and waiter were very welcoming...no regrets 😊👍

We went to eat there despite the fact that another restaurant was full. We ordered the mussels and fries set menu with a glass of wine. The mussels were very small and the fries were mediocre, not homemade, and tasted of oil. Not to mention the floating island dessert with its bland custard – it was unappetizing. The restrooms were dirty, reflecting the overall quality of the establishment. Avoid it; there are much better options elsewhere.

A l'Abri des Flots

25/08/2026: Fantastic welcome, fantastic service, but above all, fantastic food year after year. The truffle conchiglioni is amazing! The homemade burger and fries are great. I'll let my little boy speak for himself: I had the truffle conchiglioni, which were magnificent, but we tried almost everything on the menu. Keep up the good work!
20/08/2026: A wonderful time away from the waves. The food is delicious, the presentation is impeccable, and the welcome is warm. The decor is also superb! I would highly recommend this place for a stay in Dinard!
