Dinner for two on a Monday evening. We chose the three-course menu: Delicious dishes, generous portions Pleasantly surprising flavor combinations Impeccably presented dishes A very warm welcome and attentive staff throughout the meal, including the chef who came to greet us at the end of service. Highly recommended and we'll definitely be back.

We had an excellent evening at Agave. The welcome was warm, and the two waitresses were lovely. We opted for the five-course meal service, and the dishes were exquisite... Congratulations to the chef who works alone in the kitchen.

A wonderful discovery in Nantes! The service is top-notch, very professional and welcoming. The dishes are delicious, refined and subtle, with a beautiful Franco-Mexican fusion. I had a great time, I highly recommend it ☺️

The meals at L’Agave were absolutely exceptional; I’ve rarely eaten so well in a restaurant! A huge congratulations to the kitchen. The chef and waitress that evening were lovely, which made the experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend it!

It's a warm and welcoming place. The staff and the owner, who also cooks, are lovely. We enjoyed every dish we ordered, whether it was a three-course or five-course tasting menu. It was truly a wonderful discovery; everything was perfect: the flavors, the service, and the ambiance. I wholeheartedly recommend it.

15/04/2026: It's hard to find fault with this restaurant. The menu is well-executed, the mussels are consistently high quality, and all the dishes are excellent. The fries are unlimited, but honestly, I've never needed to ask for more. The restaurant has a wonderfully pleasant atmosphere, with its exposed stone walls. The service is impeccable, although a little slow at times, but this is by no means a general rule. A big thumbs up, in any case.

16/04/2026: A limited menu, which is a sign of quality and refined dishes at a fair price. Welcoming and attentive staff. It was a lovely evening. Thank you again.
12/04/2026: Excellent traditional cuisine. 👌 The roasted Camembert with honey was delicious! 😋 And the dessert was superb. Quiet atmosphere with background music.
