We were lucky enough to visit Lulu Rouget twice in two different seasons and we can't wait to go back.
The dishes are original, each one as delicious as the next. The meat and fish dishes are beautifully prepared, allowing us to fully appreciate the quality of the ingredients, and the desserts are perfectly balanced.
The servers are always smiling; they do everything to make you feel comfortable without being pushy. You can tell that everyone is happy to present the work of the kitchen or the wines they've selected.
We also went to the bistro, and the experience was, of course, different but just as wonderful.

What a great fine dining at LuluRouget, we’re really satisfied about the food, love the 6 courses and each dish was meticulously prepared by Ludo who is a Michelin star chef/owner, food was great and very yummy. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. Highly recommended and all worth it.

A truly unique experience! It's impossible not to love it; everything is fantastic. The "blind tasting" menu is absolutely magnificent, the dishes are divine, executed with incredible skill. The service is incredibly warm. In short, go! And even better, go back—it's all we dream about!

Fantastic food and very friendly staff. The only minor issue was with the wine pairing. It would have been helpful if we had been told how many dishes each glass was meant to accompany, as the wine menu is not a one-glass-per-dish pairing. Overall, a great experience.

Yesterday I had the pleasure of enjoying a special coffee-themed menu. A marvel from start to finish. Balanced, delicate, flavorful dishes, beautifully presented. I particularly loved the daring pairing of seafood with coffee! The wines offered were perfectly complemented by the menu, the dining room was very pleasant, and the staff was incredibly attentive. I had a wonderful evening! A huge thank you to the chef for this delicious menu.
Undoubtedly the best Michelin-starred restaurant in Nantes.
A special mention for the Un Grain Une Feuille roastery in Carquefou for its exceptionally high-quality coffees.
