A magnificent start to this Easter weekend. Everything was perfect, from the appetizer to the dessert, a festive menu of rare finesse where each dish showcased exceptional culinary expertise. What makes the experience at L'Échevin truly unique is the precious balance between exquisite cuisine and exemplary, humane service. It's rare to find a restaurant of this caliber where the staff demonstrates such attentiveness, anticipating every wish with a smile and courtesy that made us feel privileged from the very first moment. We extended this enchanting interlude at Bar Le Baron, where the cocktails are simply exquisite, served by a team that is as warm as it is professional. A must-visit in Colmar where the art of hospitality truly comes to life. We will return with immense pleasure to discover new culinary gems. Thank you for this exceptional experience!

Our experience at the restaurant was very pleasant. The menu was tasty and it has some interesting creative spins, services was also very friendly and helpful.

I've been to L'Échevin for lunch and dinner several times, and each time the culinary experience is delightful! The dishes are refined, presented on beautiful tableware, and every bite is a pleasure. The view of the Lauch River flowing peacefully through one of the most beautiful corners of Colmar makes it a truly exceptional place. Thanks also to the staff who served us :-) See you soon!

We were here for lunch on a Monday. Very friendly staff, fast and competent service, and a very good three-course meal of high quality for €45.

Our new favorite restaurant, an incredible experience from the food to the service. Beautifully presented dishes, and the taste was equally impressive. Surprising and delightful flavors. Truly excellent service; you don't have to ask for anything, and the servers are always smiling. I really don't understand the bad reviews; go without hesitation.

What a beautiful experience at l'Échevin restaurant! Enchanting place, lovely old-style design with cosy sittings (we had a table from where we could enjoy the direct view of a picturesque canal), delicious food, fantastic wines and overall elegant and friendly serving (especially the top sommelier). Touristy for sure, but with class. It's not very expensive, but neither cheap, I think it's a good balance for the price of the service one receives.

A great restaurant with attentive, multilingual staff. At lunchtime, a set menu was offered, including an amuse-bouche. The food was very good; the portions were a bit small for my taste, but I was aware of this beforehand. The ambiance is lovely, and despite the slightly dated furnishings, everything feels cohesive and harmonious. A table by the window is highly recommended.
