Damage ! There was a group of 24 people and we had to wait too long between each course. The menu at €80, a little disappointing. Too bad once again.

Absolutely awesome. Let that be the service: discreet, friendly, complete, and very professional. Or even the cuisine: varied, local, well crafted, with plays of textures and temperature. The atmosphere, for the evening we spent, was gentle and varied from the other guests.

A Michelin restaurant that does not live up to its name. The dishes are not distinctive. The cheese platter was served twice, so I had to cancel one main course. But the free appetizers and coffee desserts are good.

Decent meal, but waiting more than 45 minutes between starter and main course without any excuse, it's a shame for this range of restaurants.

Repas du 1 janvier exceptionnel. Des mets délicats et raffinés. Les vins sont en accord avec les plats. C'est un plus et tout cela dans un cadre magnifique. Félicitations à toute l'équipe

Un lugar tranquilo , aunque en verano supongo , que es mucho mejor para disfrutar de las instalaciones exteriores. Comida correcta.

il faut reconnaitre que les prix sont élevés mais la qualité est là! Excellente adresse à Colmar! Les mets sont fins et un régal pour le palais.

04/04/2024: Our experience at this place was wonderful. The attention was the best, from the moment we arrived until the moment we left. The food was brought to us quickly. Everything we ate was delicious. Some of the dishes could be shared. The wines they present are rich. I would return.

L'Essence du Thé

31/10/2023: Very nice discovery. We enjoyed very tasty teas accompanied by delicious homemade Japanese pastries. The atmosphere is calm and zen, a real bubble of sweetness. The toilets are very clean.
