We had a wonderful evening at this restaurant! The meal was absolutely delicious, with flavorful and beautifully presented dishes. The service was impeccable: quick, attentive, and always with a smile. The staff is truly top-notch, warm, and professional. A truly wonderful experience that we highly recommend. Fantastic experience yesterday at lunchtime! The value for money is truly excellent. The dishes are delicious, generous, and very affordable. Special mention for the service: the team is incredibly attentive, lovely, and truly caring. We felt very welcome. I highly recommend it.

First visit. The staff are smiling and friendly!! Yes, it does exist in Strasbourg... The menu is varied and includes daily specials. The hamburger, like the rest of the dishes, is generous, delicious, hot, and the service is quick and attentive. I recommend this place in every way. There's a good selection and quality food. In short, we'll be back.

This is definitely my favorite restaurant in Strasbourg! I'm a shopkeeper myself and I come here regularly. The value for money is exceptional, especially the red meat, which is incredibly tender, like butter… and at a more than reasonable price. It's always a treat! The staff is lovely, super welcoming and warm. I highly recommend it!

A must-visit in Strasbourg to enjoy delicious food in a friendly setting. I highly recommend it!
10/03/2026: A very good experience at Le Tire-Bouchon in Strasbourg. The restaurant is ideally located just steps from the cathedral, perfect for a meal after a stroll through the historic center. We booked using the Passeport Gourmand, and everything went smoothly. We came at the beginning of the week, which was very pleasant as the atmosphere was quite calm and relaxed. As for the food, we ordered steak tartare and cordon bleu: both dishes were very good, well-seasoned, and served in generous portions. We also paired our meal with glasses of wine, a quality wine that complemented the dishes very well. To finish, we had an ice cream sundae and a Dame Blanche (vanilla ice cream with chocolate sauce), perfect for a little sweet treat at the end of the meal. The atmosphere is warm and typical of an Alsatian winstub (traditional Alsatian wine bar), which is what makes the place so charming. The only slight drawback is that the tables are quite close together, which can sometimes make it feel a little less intimate.

05/03/2026: We had a wonderful time in this charming little cellar. The exposed stone walls create a warm and inviting atmosphere; you immediately feel at home. A big thank you to the waitress for her warm welcome and kindness, as well as to the chef who prepares the crêpes with a smile. Their good humor is contagious and makes the experience even more enjoyable. And of course… the crêpes are absolutely delicious! A true delight from start to finish. Thank you for this lovely time; we will gladly return. 😊🥞
