Le Tire-Bouchon is, for me, the best place in Strasbourg to enjoy excellent sauerkraut; it offers the best value for money in Strasbourg. Of course, there are other, more well-known places, but their prices are exorbitant. I've been there several times, both for business and pleasure, and I've never been disappointed. Well done to the whole team! 🙏❤

Delicious food. Service is 4.7 out of 5. (It would be nicer if the waiters cleared empty dishes from tables faster.) A very atmospheric place. If you want to sit outside, you might have to wait. There were seats inside, even during peak season.

We've been here for two nights now, eating with friends! We received a very warm welcome, the food was excellent, and the typical Alsatian dishes were superb! That's why we came back, and we'll definitely be back! Go without hesitation, and thank you again for these two wonderful evenings!

19/05/2026: The service was good, but the tarte flambée was a bit too floury underneath and soggy on top. Not the best.
17/05/2026: Definitely my favourite spot for dinner in Strasbourg now.
