My husband, our two teenagers, and I came to eat twice in the evening and three times during the day. The food was very good, good value for money, and the service was excellent.

Nice restaurant in a good location, with a wide selection of (very) good dishes, drinks, and ice cream; prices are reasonable for the area. However, it would be nice to improve its organization and speed, especially considering how busy it gets. Undeniably, having to wait about thirty minutes to order is quite annoying, especially when time is limited, given that the second seating will be arriving soon.

We had a rather cramped meal between two tables because the terrace is packed during peak season, so it wasn't ideal for a romantic sunset dinner, but we still enjoyed our meal. The cocktails, however, weren't as good as the food; they were decent, but nothing special.

The pros: 1) Beachfront location with a beautiful sunset and a well-organized service. 2) Each staff member has a role and fulfills it. 3) The cocktails are good. The cons: 1) Avoid the pizzas as they are bland, made with basic, tasteless ingredients. 2) We tried the appetizers: also lacking in flavor. 3) Even though the service was running smoothly, the waitresses and waiters all seemed stressed.

After booking, we had a wonderful time at this restaurant! The waitresses were incredibly friendly and helpful, with a very warm welcome! A wide selection of homemade and local products—we thoroughly enjoyed our meal! Remember to book to get the best table by the sea 😍

Le Colisée

26/09/2026: Le Colisée is a must-visit bar and restaurant in Porticcio, South Corsica, particularly renowned for its prime beachfront location and panoramic terrace offering breathtaking views of the Gulf of Ajaccio and its sunsets. The cuisine is delicious and generous. The service is always with a smile 😃. Whether for a coffee or a meal, it's an absolute must-stop.
08/09/2026: We had the pleasure of dining twice at this beautifully situated restaurant with its magnificent sunset views. We enjoyed excellent food, whether it was meat, pasta, or fish. The wine was good, and the service was very good. The staff were pleasant, humorous, and very friendly. I highly recommend it.
