We ate at the Alta Vista restaurant and it was a superb experience. The place is truly peaceful and beautiful, with a pleasant atmosphere that allows you to fully enjoy the moment. The dishes were excellent, really delicious; we savored every bite from beginning to end. The service was perfect: attentive, professional, and friendly. I have absolutely no complaints and highly recommend it!

Our first time at Alta Vista for New Year's Eve dinner. A wonderful discovery! The restaurant and setting are fantastic, and the dishes on the menu were simply excellent (we were big fans of the salmon cannelloni with brocciu cheese). The service was perfect. We have absolutely no complaints! We'll definitely be back.

02/06/2026: A short break was in order at the Auberge du Col Saint Georges. I've never eaten such tender, flavorful, and succulent lamb chops. A true delight; they were outstanding. The staff is very friendly.
