A modo mio sur Aix-Les-Bains

I'm very picky about Italian cuisine, and at A modo mio I've never been disappointed. Every menu is a fantastic surprise, a satisfying culinary experience... in short, it's become my favorite restaurant. I recommend it to anyone who shuns banality and routine.

Everything was perfect from start to finish. Refined and ideal portions.

I very rarely give reviews, only when there's truly something to say. Mostly positive, very rarely negative. BRAVISSIMO to the kitchen team for their sublime recipes that boldly combine flavors! Quality ingredients, a Puglia wine that was surprisingly near-perfect... Add to that the smiling and attentive service, and it's an outing one will gladly share.

Great, the dishes are beautiful and refined. The servers are attentive and available, and there wasn't too long a wait between courses—even though we came on a Saturday night! I recommend it!

Don’t miss out on this gem. Superb atmosphere and people… and then came the wine and food, upping the evening to gold medal level. One of our favorite evenings of the trip. Take your time, enjoy the people who will make you feel like family, and have a fantastic meal on top of it all.

A bit of heaven on a plate. Had the clams with pasta. Felt like I was enjoying a meal in the home of old friends. Perfect evening topping of a perfect day
