While in Aix-les-Bains on a business trip, I had the pleasure of discovering this little restaurant just steps from my hotel. I found much more than just delicious food: a genuine welcome, incredibly kind owners, and a warm atmosphere that immediately made me feel at home. The cuisine is flavorful, prepared with care, and you can feel the attention to detail in every aspect. I don't know if you'll remember me: the customer from Guadeloupe (not Réunion Island 😅 haha). In any case, I wanted to thank you for your hospitality and the wonderful time I spent there. I even got to try a local specialty, "croziflette." 🥰 I wish you continued success and much happiness in this exciting new venture. I look forward to seeing you again on my next trip to the region!
