Always a delight, the best maki/nigiri I've ever had! Fresh, melt-in-your-mouth fish with delicious rice! The quality of the ingredients and the expertise always make you want to come back—a real gem!

I've been eating at Abalone for several years. Everything is excellent (sushi, maki, ramen, mochi...) and the quality is consistently high. The wait time is short and the service is friendly. I highly recommend it; it's the best Japanese restaurant in Quimper and the surrounding area!

For me, this is the highest quality sushi in Quimper, having tried them all. The 100% nigiri menu offers a lot of authenticity and originality in the products offered, as well as the variety of fish (scallops, for example). The only drawback is the early closing time; you have to plan ahead. If it were possible to pick up orders later, this restaurant would be perfect!
