Acqua e Farina sur Dijon

Excellent pizzas (PDO and Bresaola) this evening with my partner at Acqua e Farina. Special mention also for the espresso 👌 One thing to note: we were told the wait time upfront when we ordered, and it was accurate. Other restaurants should take note.

The owners are charming and professional pizza makers, Italian artisans, and the pizzas are delicious, very reasonably priced, and delicious. Thank you for everything. Best regards.

Always our go-to place for top-notch artisanal, authentic Italian pizzas at a great price when we lived in Dijon for 1+ years. Pizzas are always very generously topped, and the service always very warm and friendly, just like in Italy. Great selection of charcuterie too! Definitely one of our favourites of all time, and definitely BEST pizza in Dijon. Grazie mille ❤️

Excellent pizza: a thin and crispy pizza dough with fine grains of cornmeal, a tasty topping with tomato sauce, stringy cheese and thinly sliced, lightly smoked dry-cured ham.

Pizza is definitely the most innocent food in a trip abroad. If you want to eat it in a nice place, I recommend you go to the farms in Tuscany for the 4 cheese flavor, it is so flavorful and delicious 👍👏
