If you want to taste the flavor and atmosphere of Alsace, this is highly recommended. Our dog Luna was also very welcome.

A reasonably priced restaurant in the centre of Bibelheim. A good selection of food and a chef who isn't too proud to prepare the meal how you prefer it. And a great wine list.

Following a stroll around the vineyards this was a perfect stop for lunch and a glass of the local wine. Clere ment Alsace rosé was delicious. We had steak and vegan lasagne option. Paired with an unexpected beautiful white Mandelberg wine of the region. Staff were lovely and we took our well behaved puppy who was welcomed also.

Great food, friendly service, and a beautiful, quiet spot. In addition to French, the staff also speaks English and German, which makes communication very easy.

We all loved the food. Beautiful presentation and delicious dishes. Lovely atmosphere on the terrace. Friendly and professional staff and owner. A superb restaurant. I highly recommend it. Reservations are recommended.

Overall, a good restaurant; the food is good but nothing special, and the prices are reasonable (be aware that drinks are rather expensive). The service is a bit too attentive and sometimes a little too formal. The setting is simple, with no great effort put into the decor.

Quite disappointed for the price. The children's menu, costing €11, consisted of two mini hamburgers (with onions and herbs!) and frozen fries. It was fine for the adults, but what a disappointment the dessert was! The "chocolate mousse" was chocolate in name only; it was a tiny cup of buttercream.

Caveau Gambrinus

12/04/2026: Anyone wanting to step back in time to the Middle Ages will find this place perfect. The house, dating from 1569, has been nicely modernized inside. The steep staircase to the second floor is a bit of an adventure. The TV with four German channels is unusual in France. Overall, it's a charming and quaint place to stay. Finding a parking spot was a bit of a hassle. Breakfast is simple but satisfactory. We'll definitely be back.
06/04/2026: Incredible! Charming, romantic, and well-located accommodation, and of course, excellent service. They also have a restaurant with a wood-fired oven and make spectacular tarte flambées. The breakfast with local products was a highlight. The croissants with jam were amazing, as were the cheeses, butter, and charcuterie in general. We will definitely be back! Thank you, Christine, for your kindness.
