A lovely intimate little restaurant with excellent food. We tried the discovery menu with accord met et vins. The wine pairing needed a couple trials in my case, but the sommelier was very attentive and extremely kind bringing some more ideas to the table until we found the wines I liked. Desserts amazing.

Very nice place with excellent food. Everything was well-prepared and the service was excellent. Very good value for money, I recommend the tasting menu. Personally, the dishes may have too many ingredients, but that's probably a matter of taste. Overall, recommended for an excellent dinner.

Agneau Blanc

20/09/2026: If you want to taste the flavor and atmosphere of Alsace, this is highly recommended. Our dog Luna was also very welcome.
13/09/2026: A reasonably priced restaurant in the centre of Bibelheim. A good selection of food and a chef who isn't too proud to prepare the meal how you prefer it. And a great wine list.

Caveau Gambrinus

12/04/2026: Anyone wanting to step back in time to the Middle Ages will find this place perfect. The house, dating from 1569, has been nicely modernized inside. The steep staircase to the second floor is a bit of an adventure. The TV with four German channels is unusual in France. Overall, it's a charming and quaint place to stay. Finding a parking spot was a bit of a hassle. Breakfast is simple but satisfactory. We'll definitely be back.
06/04/2026: Incredible! Charming, romantic, and well-located accommodation, and of course, excellent service. They also have a restaurant with a wood-fired oven and make spectacular tarte flambées. The breakfast with local products was a highlight. The croissants with jam were amazing, as were the cheeses, butter, and charcuterie in general. We will definitely be back! Thank you, Christine, for your kindness.
