I passed through Poitiers and received a warm welcome from the person at the brasserie, as well as a delicious cappuccino with a croissant.

Suitable for waiting between trains. Quiet and spacious. Satisfactory value for money.

Fantastic find! A friendly bar/bakery where you immediately feel at ease. Special mention to the cook: incredibly kind, always smiling, with a touch of humor that makes all the difference. She accommodates our requests with great care. We left with full stomachs and smiles on our faces. I highly recommend it!

Honestly, L’Agora de la Gare is THE bar-snack spot that makes you say, “Well… my train’s late, but at least I can have another round.” Between the snacks that disappear faster than my willpower to go on a diet and the drinks that lift your spirits faster than a train announcement, it’s a great place to be. Special mention to the staff: super friendly, super efficient… and super dangerous for your desire to leave, because you feel so good here that you lose track of time.

4th time I've been there and always the same conclusion. Very good for transiting between two trains or buses. Quiet place, warm, socket for phone or computer. Good cafeteria. The prices may seem "high" but in my opinion it's better than saving a few euros to end up with a bottle of water and a biscuit in the cold and noisy middle of the station. Something to think about...
