Always a very warm welcome at Aïgo Blanco, high and low season alike, whatever the time of year… the meals are delicious and everything is prepared on-site, a real treat. My husband and I came to the area for a weekend and were looking for a restaurant open on Sunday evening, which is difficult during the winter months... What a lovely surprise to have found Aigo Blanco! I don't know if it was the manager who looked after us, but in any case, he was incredibly friendly, the service was fantastic, we were seated in a quiet area, and everything was delicious and generous 😁 Thank you so much, we had a wonderful meal 🙏

I stumbled upon this place by chance. It's very pleasant, and the quality is there. If you like tripe and it happens to be on the menu that day, you can treat yourself. What's more, it's lamb tripe and it's absolutely divine. The sauce is superb.
Honestly, this is an address to remember without hesitation. And even the other dishes were delicious. Keep up the good work, don't change a thing.
