A wonderful experience at Akabeko. The Wagyu beef far surpasses any other meat I've ever tasted. The rest of the meal is equally impressive: seven well-structured courses, never repetitive, and a focus on sweet and savory that contributes greatly to the overall balance. Special mention goes to the pan-seared foie gras. It's hard to find anything to criticize.

I was skeptical about choosing a restaurant using an app. This one calculates calories by taking a picture of my plate and led me here. This small portion with peas fit my daily calorie needs and was still tasty. The atmosphere is peaceful.

Barely open, this restaurant has already hit the mark in every way: an exquisite meal that delighted my palate in seven courses. The five of us at our table were thoroughly satisfied, both by the richness of the dishes and the quality of the service. I would particularly like to thank the charming young man who enthusiastically guided us through the wine selection; we were surprised by his extensive knowledge on the subject. Bravo!

We chose Akabeko to celebrate the 55th birthday of a dear friend, and it was a complete success from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, the welcome was warm and attentive. The Franco-Japanese cuisine is simply remarkable: each dish demonstrates rare precision and finesse, with a subtle balance between classic French flavors and Japanese techniques. It's refined without being pretentious, generous without being heavy. Special mention goes to the wine and champagne list: we had the delightful surprise of discovering the Drappier Zero Dosage Champagne, a truly exceptional wine, incredibly pure and fresh, perfect with the first courses and ideal for complementing a delicate meal without ever overpowering the other flavors. The service was impeccable throughout lunch, with just the right amount of discretion and friendliness. I wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant for celebrating a special occasion. We will most certainly return, and not just for major events!
